is seen at a medium range distance from a certain emo and sadistic looking individual as they both stand in plain battlefield with no grass or life for miles.

And who might you be?

Mū starts it off by causing two pillars to rise from the ground. One raises directly behind the individual's back on the lumbar area, slamming against it causing him some pain as the other pillar rises beneath Mū's feet, propelling him towards his left side about ten meters. Simultaneous to the pillars, Mū reaches into his pouch and throws two shuriken towards the individual in an arc manner from the left and right, aimed at his rib-cage area. Upon landing, Mū keeps a close eye on his surroundings and the individual's counter.

Just below the head of the weapon is attached a small drum, with two small spheres tied to a cloth attached to it and poised over the two skins of the drum. Utilizing his dust release, Mū will create an entire cube around the battlefield of the size desired by the user. Upon creation of the cube, an overwhelming code of Knajis will spread throughout the cube to seal certain elemental affinities. While inside the cube know as the 'Primitive World', all shinobi within will be limited to the usage of only Regular Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Earth, Fire, Wind chakra and any other element made up of Fire, Wind or Earth mixtures (Like Dust Release)for a total of four turns or until deactivated. As seen in the fight between Sasuke and Ōnoki, Dust release has the ability to be created or phase through solid surfaces without disrupting them, meaning that the Primitive World cube can even reach into the earth itself without disrupting it in the process. Due to being his own technique and possessing his own chakra, Mū is able to freely walk in and out of his Primitive World. Should an opponent come into contact with one of the sides of the cube, the certain body part that makes contact will be repelled with a small force similar to being tackled by a football player. In no shape or form will this tackle be strong enough to kill the opponent unless already on the verge of death. Should part of the cube's wall be abosrbed by chakra draining/sucking techniques, the knaji around that area will easily regenerate the damaged area.

Without pause nor hesitation after creating the cube and as the individual is being repelled and his attention is drawn elsewhere, Mū grabs a hold of his bow channeling chakra through it, utilizing his left hand while simultaneously grabbing three arrows with his right. In one swift motion, he releases all three arrows towards the individual while holding the bow vertically in front of him. The lowest arrow is aimed towards the individual's future traveling location, meaning where ever he repels or propels himself, the first arrow will reach and pierce his neck area, timed and calculated correctly with ease. The middle arrow will reach two inches above that area and the highest arrow will reach two inches above that, successfully piercing the individual with either one of his arrows, within a split second of being released due to the natural speed of the bow's shooting capabilities and the newly enhanced boost.

An advanced terrain altering technique, it is activated by the user placing his hands in a "prayer" position. Yellow chakra swirls around him, and turns into random strings of letters and text before entering into the terrain around the user.
The terrain and every aspect of it becomes so flooded with the user's chakra that there is what can be termed a "near-total control" over the features of the environment by the user.
By making motions with his hands, the yellow numbers and text appear for a second before modifying, turning the terrain into a different battlefield entirely - for example, moving from a desert into a forest, or even just making a random rock structure erect itself whenever he wishes after technique is activated.
However, there is a major control to this. The user cannot create structures that will offensively attack the opponent, such as spikes from rock, lava under his feet and so on.
The terrain, is referred to as "near-total control" for a reason. Though the user can change the structure of the terrain, it's climate, humidity, weather conditions and so on, the opponent can freely use the features - for example, if a rock structure has been erected, the opponent can use his jutsus on it to make a dragon etc. To give a better example, if a lake has been selected as the terrain, then the opponent can freely use the lake as a water source for all his techniques.
In effect, the user has only free reign about the composition of the terrain, not how it is used and by whom.
The chakra drain caused by this technique allows the user to utilise Forbidden Techniques only once per two turns, and prevents him from entering modes that require extra chakra to be unleashed, such as the Gates.
This technique may be activated only once per battle.
An interesting side effect of this technique is that since the terrain is constantly shifting due to the user's chakra, it becomes nearly impossible for the user or the opponent to collect natural chakra for Senjutsu or to enter Sage Mode.

As soon as the activation concluded, he created a small pillar under his feet to stand on, and caused a huge, thick slab of rock to erupt in front of him, stopping the arrows in their tracks.

If the opponent however, avoids being caught in the ropes from the first eight portals, nothing occurs. Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

This instantly summons eight portals on all sides of Mu, who had just completed firing his arrows. Furthermore, as clan head of the Nekura, the technique does not do 60 damage but instead does 135 damage, powering up to beyond F-rank, leaving Mu in a catatonic state once the Keigoku ropes touch him.

At this point, the individual is slammed against his own slab of earth as his body does a front-flip forward from the impact, "flopping" him over his own slab. Mū waves a sign and activates the explosive tag tucked inside his highest arrow, blowing the individual backwards with severe burn wounds as the explosion causes a chain reaction with the other two tags, bringing forth a huge cloud of smoke. As the individual is blown back he would once again make contact with one of the cube's walls and be repelled by a force forward further increasing the pain he is feeling. (Upon the activation of the tag, the bow slid down Mū's arm and is currently being held by his elbow joint. As for the tags, check my weaponry)

You are correct on that one.
Now here's what my issue is. Your bow can recognize techniques of either wind or earth being cast. Note it speciically says elemental "affinity".

They are both also able to notice techniques related to their affinity being created.

However, Infinity Fortress is pure chakra manipulation. It is a plain ninjutsu. As a result, it uses no earth chakra for its manipulation, and is hence unable to notice the technique. This is an incredibly instant defense, meant to handle EIG masters and activated in an instant. It easily handles the mediocre explosive heat and the force of the explosion, each inch capable of handling 1250 times its weight in force. It literally takes a split-second to activate, treat it as if it got activated instantly with your first technique.

Even as he activates his gel armour, he instantly whistles.

As Mu is attempting to create his technique, he suddenly finds he lacks the ability to do it, and the technique harmlessly dissipates away. Meanwhile, the technique used seals off Akabane's Lightning and Water affinities, but that was never usable anyway.

As Mu is stunned, unable to comprehend what suddenly went wrong, Akabane re-casts his earlier aborted technique

Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

Now remember that my defense was meant to handle people in 7th Gate and stuff, so it literally activates almost the same time as the explosion happens. Secondly, the next technique is merely a whistle, something that takes one second at best, and can be performed immediately after using the armour while still in or just out of the explosion.
Your dust technique, as with all dust techniques, takes at least a few seconds to form, or even if the box forms you lose the knowledge as to cause it to explode from then onwards.

Now here's what my issue is. Your bow can recognize techniques of either wind or earth being cast. Note it speciically says elemental "affinity".

As Mū is left dumbfounded by the failure of his technique, he notices strange looking portals opening around him. In reaction towards it, he brings his thrusted hands together, forming the Ox hand sign. With no delay whatsoever as the ropes are emerging, Mū disperses into a cloud of fire that moves backwards past the portals with ease. He later reforms and holds his ground as he looks at the individual from the chin down, due to his face being too scary ...
