And like a star in the brilliant skies, the Heavens ignited. Heralding a new world
"The Chimera, huh? Such a unique title…" a voice echoed from the outskirts of the arena. "But how much weight does it really carry?"

Overhead, the clear blue skies suddenly took on a cobalt hue. At first glance, it looked like a comet—a streak of brilliant flame rocketing toward the earth. But it wasn’t a meteor. It was her. A blazing ball of blue chakra tore through the atmosphere, splitting the wind and bending the trees as it closed in fast. And then—

BOOM.

The earth quaked as it landed, a shockwave scattering birds and sending tremors through the grassy plains. The impact zone crackled with residual flames, scorching the ground in radiant patterns. Within the haze, two shadows emerged—one humanoid, the other bestial. “Oui~” came a sultry voice from within the flames, her tone equal parts playfulness and menace.

Through the smoke stepped Mirabelle Uzumaki, her heterochronic eyes locked dead ahead.

Do you have any idea how hard it was to find you?” she said, her smirk sharp. “Took me hours. Honestly? Pissed me off.”

Beside her, the lithe form of Briar emerged—a creation of her will, calm and silent but brimming with killer instinct.

Their mental link flickered silently between them. Mirabelle’s laugh came low and smooth.

I’ve come to collect the bounty on your head. You're wanted for some seriously messed up shit, y'know that?

She stopped precisely ten meters away, her posture still relaxed—but her aura spoke otherwise. To her left, Briar mirrored the stance, her glowing eyes unblinking.

Normally,” Mirabelle continued, her tone darkening, “I’d give you time to pray to whatever god you believe in…” Her eyes narrowed.

But I’m on a tight schedule.

With that, she inhaled deeply—and on the exhale, flaming fox-like tails erupted from her back. They twisted upward, wild and powerful, forming a cocoon of ethereal red-orange energry. Then, with intense focus, she compressed them—condensing their power until only small, glowing seedlings remained.

With a flick of her fingers, they shot toward Kaneki. The seedlings carried a unique capability of phasing into solids, which if they should enter Kaneki, well- let's just say there wont be much to remain minus his ashes.

At the same time, Briar’s hands moved, weaving two handseals in perfect synchronization. The moment the last seal completed, Kaneki’s world twisted.

Sensory overload.

The light of the flames turned blinding, stabbing into his vision like hot daggers. The swaying of the trees amplified into a deafening roar, a wall of white static that shattered his ability to focus. His tongue seared—his saliva turned acidic, burning his throat and dissolving his voice before he could even scream.

A living nightmare.

And it wasn’t over.

Seizing the moment of mental disarray, Briar raised her hand—controlling the very air around him (6 Meters Away). A brilliant emerald vortex howled into existence, swirling with celestial winds that cut deeper than steel.

It spiraled in—then collapsed on him.

BOOM. The world trembled again. Charred earth. Silence.
But not relief.
Stay sharp, Mirabelle warned telepathically, her eyes scanning the smoking aftermath.
I can feel it... He’s stronger than they say.
Briar nodded once. No words needed. They stood ready.

Because something told them… the Chimera hadn’t even begun to fight back.

Description: Allows for the release of vast amounts of pure fire chakra from all over ones body that creates an aura in the shape of nine fox tails, each twice the size of the user, that will cocoon around the users body. The tails can be manipulated to attack or defend for a time - acting as condensed chakra capable of interacting with physical objects to deal blunt and burning damage - however their real power lies in their ability to disperse into dozens, if not hundreds of seed like orbs of fire chakra that, by default pulsate outwards in all directions, but can be directed towards particular locations should the user so wish. As the seeds travel outwards they indiscriminately phase into any object, being, or technique of lesser strength and forcefully alter or distort it's properties to make it explode - with said explosions always being angled away from the user. When a structure explodes it in turn releases countless more seeds that allows for a chain reaction that can completely devastate battlefields, as the seeds are capable of making the strength of undermined techniques into their own, not weakening, but instead growing in strength and number with each clash. This ability is effective against all earth based techniques of lesser strength (Excluding crystals), opposing fire techniques of lesser strength, and water techniques two ranks lower, however it is ineffective against water techniques of A rank and above, Lightning techniques and wind techniques; A rank water techniques will simply evaporate while Lightning and Wind techniques will clash normally.

Description: The user performs two handseals (Horse -> Monkey) to use Kanchi O-ba-ro-do.
Kanchi O-ba-ro-do is a powerful and surprisingly simple technique which allows the user to alter the target's ability to sense external stimuli in quite a unique manner. Under normal circumstances a person is unable to detect a stimuli until it has reached a certain intensity referred to as the absolute threshold. It is the body's natural mechanism to allow a person to block out unnecessary stimuli that would otherwise be distracting and preventative to accomplishing a focused goal. As such the body constantly sends a multitude of sensory signals that aren't registered by the brain. That is, the absolute threshold is the lowest intensity at which a stimulus can be detected; stimuli with intensities lower than this threshold are not registered by the brain. This technique effectively removes the mind's ability to block out these sensations i.e. removes the absolute threshold. This means that target(s) under its effect has all of their senses magnified/sensitized to all stimuli in and around him to the point that it clouds/completely engulfs their mind's ability to focus on anything but what they are sensing. In short, the target's five senses becomes extremely sensitive (i.e. hypersensitive) under this technique. In most cases this will immediately cause a target to fall into a near unconscious-like state due to the mass of information that is being channeled from every single one of their nerves. However, these effects are only temporary as the target's mind will eventually reestablish the sensory limitations after 1 turn.

(Taiyofuuton: Hoshi no Jidai) Solar Wind Release: Age of the Stars

Description: Age of the Stars allows one the generalized ability to weaponize one’s solar wind chakra. In the process of doing this, the user has the ability to generate basic usages for the element. This can range from solidified solar wind constructs such as weaponry, blasts, tornadoes or anything within the realms of one’s imagination. Due to the nature of solar winds, these creations are superheated to the touch, capable of melting metals, ignite flammable substances, and evaporate water of two ranks below the strength of this technique. The size of which these constructs can reach is five meters for D to C Rank, ten meters for B to A Rank while S rank can reach up to fifteen meters. D – C rank requires no hand seals, while B rank requires one, A requires two and S rank requires three. In the case of A rank use, it can only be used thrice per battle with a cool down of one turn. S rank can only be used twice per battle with a cool down of two turns, but within that cool down, no Solar Wind Techniques above A rank can be used. These techniques can be formed anywhere within the battle field in the air (though must start 5 meters away from the opponent), from the user’s body or can be infused into a weapon in order to give the weapon superheated properties, as it glows a bright green coloration. In this cause however, it will completely melt the object in question after a single turn of use. As said in the CE, the user is immune the damage and effects of Solar Wind.
