(I've been in an Anbu-ish mood lately, so let's go with that)

Zero wore a pair of black pants and gloves, with a red form-fitting shirt undershirt that was decorated with a black rose on the back. Over this he donned a black, high-collared, long sleeve mantle with red outlines that opened up toward the lower half of the garment. Around his waist was wrapped a simple red obi that held his two sword in place on his hips. As always, the red and white Anbu mask was covering his face.

The mission he' been giving this time was to infiltrate Amegakure and discover if the rumors that they were harboring the Akatsu was really true. He's infiltrated the place numerous times before, but anytime he got involved with that rough group things never ended well for him. He'd only been snooping around for half a day before they found him, and it was something that had never happened before. They had attacked without warning, and now Zero found himself lifting his body from the small impact crater he had created upon landing. He looked up towards the cloaked figures that stood atop the metal structures above him, obscured by the heavily falling rain. Instead of finding them, they had found him. At that moment he cursed his bloodline, for they were surely cursed with misfortune.

 

[Punk Hazard]

The rain that showered the village seemingly endlessly fell over Nagato's body. Donned in a black, high-collar cloak with a silver tint and grey pants over the standard ninja shoes, he was on watch. Yahiko's shift had just ended, and he took his place as his young friend retreated with Konan. The night was like many others, a strange sense of calm and tranquility as war raged on the outskirts, intruders and attackers an ever so constant thought on the minds of the villagers. For Nagato, at least, the lack of conflict during this night was met with gratitude. At least, until now. Until he had spotted the strange man. His presence was hardly concealed, his less-than-subtle landing breaking a small hole into the ground. Reluctantly, Nagato activated his chakra sensory in preparation for a possibly hostile engagement, and jumped from his perch, landing gracefully and silently mid-ranged from the man.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someones chakra. Using these technique sensors can tell when the enemy is approaching and can easily track down targets.

"I'm fairly certain I don't recognize you," Nagato says assertively but calmly as he lands, crouched slightly to alleviate his fall enough to render it unthreatening while his cloak flapped slightly. "Meaning you must not be from this village."

 

[Ańbu Juniør]

As the man discerned that he wasn't from Amegakure, Zero chuckled slightly. Of course he wasn't. Living in a place such as that would have deprived him of his spirit and left his body an empty husk. Either way, he'd got what he came for. The Village Hidden in the Rain was certainly in league with the criminal organization that the world was trying to purge. All he needed to do now was escape, but that was next to impossible. There were six of them and one of him, but he'd have to find a way to make it work. He gazed towards the one who had descended before him and performed a number of handseals that would allow him to for clouds that brought forth a downpour, but since the entire village was already shrouded by dark clouds and rain was already falling, Zero hoped that none of them would notice. It would seem as if nothing had happened, but the rain was now closely linked to his senses, and allowed him to detect any other chakra source that the droplets came into contact with.

Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the user's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the user's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

He had set up everything he'd need for the time being, and all that was left to do was go on the offensive. He gathered chakra into his mouth, and released towards his opponent it in the form of a powerful tornado that was imbued with sharp shards of steel. The sheer size of the blast would allow him to attack not only the man before him, but hopefully reach the one perched on the structures above him.

(Kōton: Tetsuryū no Hōkō)- Iron Dragon's Roar

Description: After gathering chakra into his mouth, the user shapes it into a powerful tornado which he subsequently emits and sends towards his foes. Such tornado possesses immense force, being capable of generating powerful blast like a hurricane and inflicting heavy blunt damage, but also releases sharp shards of steel in the process, to shred the opponents' body. This blast is very large and consists of 1000 small blades of steel.(see below for how it looks). The tornado controls the 1000 small sharp blades of steel the slice whatever they hit like it was being cut by 1000 super sharp razor blades.

[Punk Hazard]

Immediately after speaking to the man, Nagato senses his chakra being sent into the air above them. His chakra sensory and eyes, combined, allowed him to easily detect the chakra infused into the surrounding rain that fell around them. Leaving him without much time to analyze, the man had quickly followed up by gathering his chakra once again. Suddenly, he unleashed powerful blast of chakra from his mouth. "A hostile," Nagato thought to himself as he passively activated his Animal Path and summoned two animals, a giant Panda in front of him and a ferocious dog, by clapping his hands. The panda intercepted the blast and the sharp blades by hardening its body, though the force of the blast caused it to disperse in a cloud of smoke. At the same time, the dog lunges towards the man, aiming to sink its claws into his shoulders and force him against the ground, holding him down as Nagato activates the Asura Path and launches himself into the air, suspending himself with the propulsion of chakra beneath his feet.

(Chikushōdō) - Animal Path

Description: Nagato will activate the Animal path which grants him the ability to summon various creatures to help aide in battle. Each creature served a different purpose in battle. Each animal summon also has the Rinnengan and as such Nagato is able to see through their eyes as well. Each animal had various body piercings as well, suggesting that they too were under his control. The user needs to clap his hands in order to do the summons, not needing the traditional blood sacrifice and can summon 2 animals at the same time.
Note: Can only be used by Nagato biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continuouslty activated.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyojin Panda) - Summoning Technique: Giant Panda

Description: It resembles a regular panda bear with the exception that it has a number of large piercings all over its body, wears a sash around its waist and possesses Rinnegan eyes. His skin is all covered in lumps and has a texture reminiscent or rock, a fact clearly in line with its abilities. The Giant Panda has the ability to harden its body creating a defensive barricade for its summoner and acting as a shield. It can block up to any A-Rank attack it can intercept completely with its body and can be sacrificed to defend against one S-Rank attack. It doesn't, however, have great moving speed or agility, being very slow to move around once summoned. Like all other animals summoned by Pain, the animal has a shared field of vision with Nagato.
Note: can only be summoned by Uzumaki Nagato and 6 Paths of Pein bios.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyojin Inu) - Summoning Technique: Giant Dog

Description: A large, multi-headed dog with wings (but cannot fly), this summon has a number of body piercings which link its chakra to the summoner and make it so that it manifests the Rinnegan. If the amplification technique is used, the dog can split and multiply when hit. It gains additional heads every time it splits in this way, and each duplicated head carries the Chakra Receiver and the Rinnegan like the original. Every time the dog takes a hit, the user may choose to use the amplification summoning technique to create additional dogs, thus escaping the damage caused. The dog is shown to be highly durable and can resist B rank and below techniques.
Note: can only be summoned by Uzumaki Nagato and 6 Paths of Pein bios.
Note: can only be summoned once and can only divide into a max of 4 bodies.

(Shuradō) - Asura Path

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continously activated.
Note: When the user wants to change his body, he must activate this technique each time. This is necessary as well for 6 Paths of Pein bios.

(Chakura Suishin Būtsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Propulsion Boots Technique

Description: The Asura Path utilizes chakra that shoots out of his boots to propel himself in a linear direction, greatly increasing his speed. Other Rinnegan bios can also use this technique by having the Asura Path activated and producing the technique from their feet. With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.
Note: Can only be used through Asura Path or with it active.

Once in the air, he calls down to the man as the dog leans in close, its fangs mere inches from his face. "Why have you come to our village?"

 

[Ańbu Juniør]

The giant panda took the full force of his attack, and now a giant dog bounded towards him. The animal was strange indeed, not just his large size, but it sported a cluster of wings on its back. No matter though, it was still only a beast after all. As the dog advanced, Zero grasped the katana on his left hip with his right hand, imbued it with fire chakra, and drew the blade from its sheath. He slashed it through the air in a vertical motion, and released a large arc of intense flame that followed the trajectory of the previous swing, and resulted in the death of the giant dog.

(Kumo-Ryū Kaengiri) - Cloud Style: Flame Slash

Description: The user imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique, is capable of surrounding their immediate area with a circular wall of these flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.

He resheathed his blade as the man who led the group levitated in the air and posed a peculiar question. Zero had been sent to find out if the village had ties to Akatsuki, which they did, but he wasn't about to reveal the contents of his mission. However, it would have been boring if his opponent weren't perplexed, so he decided to drop a single hint.

"Shouldn't that be obvious? I came here for you"

As a precaution, Zero made a small vertical rip in the right side of his mantle and exposed his sides, and removed the gloves on both hands. He tossed them aside, clasped the hilt of his katana with his right hand, and settled into what appeared to be an unusual stace. This was a modified Battōjutsu stance, which meant that he was finally in a state to fight seriously. All thought of retreating had left him at this point, and he convinced himself that he'd capture the Akatsuki member himsel.
