Range: Mid (10 Meters from eachother) Terrain: A barren wasteland, with a local water source. The water source is five meters away, (to my right, to your left)
*On noticing his adversary, Kakuzu jumps into the air, slightly angling his push off the ground, so that the distance between himself and Lan decreases by a meter or so. As he jumps, he weaves the handseals of Tiger → Dog in quick succession and inhales heavily before exhaling the compressed air as a large, crushing sphere of wind which hurtles towards his opponent. The instant he releases the sphere of wind, Kakuzu causes a portal to open in the sky (two meters above Lan's head) which causes a dense stream of mud to rain down on his opponent as the sphere speed towards her, the mud ensnaring her and preventing any sort of mobility.*
*Shortly after the portal's creation, Kakuzu lands on the ground and performs a single handseal, releasing his doton chakra into the ground to alter the very consistency of earth before him. A large wall of earth quickly erupts from the floor and forms into a potent yet mobile landslide which converges on Lan's position, aiming to envelop and crush her completely.*

Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

Description: The user creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of mud, covering them. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

Description: After performing a sequence of three hand seals Dog → Ram → Boar the user then creates a small wall of earth to rise up from the ground infront of them and cause a mud slide to form from the wall and directs it towards the enemy target/s to try engulf them.
Watching intently as her opponent jumps away from her Lan Fan stares intently as her opponent takes a huge breath in whilst performing multiple handseals, assuming either a wind or fire technique she channels her chakra into the ground ready. The moment the man begins to breath out she notices no colour emanating from his open mouth, at this moment she drops the ground beneath her at high speeds as she watches the wind travel over her head, carrying the majority of the falling mud in it's path and ensuring that it does not land on Lan Fan but instead spreads down the wall of her pit.

Description: The user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.
Watching the remainder of the mud fall from above her she moves around ensuring that it merely splashes in small puddles on the ground around her, whilst she avoids the mud Lan Fan performs a single handseal, causing it to rain. The rain is infused with chakra and allows her to sense her opponents position as she is unable to see him from the bottom of her hole.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
*As Kakuzu watches his adversary lower the ground around herself to evade both of his offensives simulateously, he resorts to a new course of action. After performing a single handseal, he causes both the walls around her and the ground beneath her to begin breaking apart, changing the very consistency of them to a thick, adhesive mud-like substance which immediately ensnares her, causing her to sink lower and lower by the second. As the swamp forms, Kakuzu's fire mask erupts from his back, taking an aerial position above Kakuzu's own, with the vertical distance between them being ten meters.
As soon as Kakuzu forms the swamp, he begins channeling his chakra into the sky above the lowered ground his opponent's positioned on, causing them to darken and form into storm clouds. A series of violent lightning bolts then rain down directly from those clouds, striking a helpless Lan, reducing her to mere ashes.
In the very same instant, Kakuzu's fire mask (from its aerial position) exhales an immense fire ball angled in such a way that it enters the hole Lan is trapped in. On entering the hole, the fire ball crashes into one of the walls, bursting into a violent maelstrom of flames, the explosion being of such a scale it extends to Lan's own position and consuming her whole.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
