Description: Universe is simply a large collection of segments of chakra metal, with the entire length taking the form of a long rope, while also capable of connecting at the ends. Along the length of Universe are a collection of seals that can siphon in chakra and then distribute it, regardless of origin (expanded upon below). In a resting state, this rope is divided up into several hundred, miniscule, square segments of metal that all connect directly to each other. When being utilized, Universe becomes animated and is able to separate her individual segments (or detach them completely) in order to form complex, 3-D shapes or objects. She also gains a “sense” of the battlefield around her, giving her the ability to act independently of the user (is not capable of sensing chakra, speech, mental projection of thought, etc). This sense only applies to her ability to act on her own without the user’s direction by utilizing the chakra composing her. The separation of segments is achieved via chakra. When two segments separate from each other, a thin but powerful strand of chakra connects the two pieces (think almost like Renji’s original bankai from Bleach if the description is unclear). This process is then repeated over the length, allowing Universe to extend herself to form larger/complex objects. Universe is a defensive and offensive weapon. Universe can form a variety of shapes to defend the user while also capable of physically attacking/binding the opponent. The damage is equal to that of the chakra currently being utilized by her (Universe was formed with A-rank fire chakra, she does A-rank damange + a burning quality on touch).
Forging:
When used with basic chakra, this figure forming is S-ranked. When used with an elemental chakra, this figure forming is A-ranked (the object also takes on the basic qualities of that element). Regardless, initially forming Universe counts as a move of the user. Universe can take on almost an infinite number of forms, from simple shapes like a sword or glove, or form a 3D creature like a wolf or a second person (If Universe forms into a sword, it can trade blows equally with a normal katana in terms of stability, the same applies for other objects). Universe – If formed into an object capable of its own movement (like an animal) – can act independently from the user for up to three turns before the chakra sustaining Universe is depleted. Additionally, Universe can re-arrange herself into a new shape once per turn. By doing so, Universe is capable of escaping enemy techniques (logic dictates if/how she can avoid a technique) or adapting herself to changes in the battlefield.
Harnessing Seals:
Universe can be used through direct physical contact. Through this method, the user can simply “charge” the seals for three turns by flowing chakra into Universe (does not require an actual technique to charge). These seals act like a self-sustaining battery, having a set length of time that they are able to sustain Universe’s actions. If not connected to the body, Universe only needs to be within short-range of a technique being utilized in order to siphon chakra from it and re-charge her seals (Up to S-rank basic chakra or A-rank elemental chakra). If Universe is successfully hit by a more powerful enemy technique than the chakra she has been made with, she deactivates and is immobile until recharged by a technique.
As Chaikoka stands on the bridge, Obito drops down behind him, his cloak fluttering in the wind before settling down by his waist, abandoning his mask so that both of his eyes could be used. "Uchiha...Chaikoka. I've been watching you. And here I thought I'd never get you alone," Obito says. Upon saying his last words, Obito immediately activates his Sharingan, the three tomoe sliding into place. Passively done, he begins his first offensive move by looking directly into Chaikoka's eyes. The brief moment of eye contact is all he needs. He places a simply, but effective Genjutsu on Chaikoka. He causes the man's brain to believe his eyelids have disappeared. This in effect causes him to, while blinking in real life, experience the burning sensation and tearing up he would feel if they were gone in reality. Within seconds, the Genjutsu causes his eyes to sear in pain and become filled with tears, making it hard to concentration and extremely difficult to see due to the tears filling his eyes. Obito then, with a handseal and simple wag of his hand for theatrics, causes a single powerful spike to emerge from the ground and pierce him through the throat, with the sharp tip emerging from the back of his neck. He would bleed out within seconds of the wound being delivered.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

In response, he activates his 3T to diagnose the problem. Viewing his chakra flow using his visual prowess, he finds his chakra flow highly irregular. Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.
Once released from the illusion, Chaikoka's vision returns to normal with no issues. A sound from below alerts him to something rising from the earth. Watching, he sees an earth spike rise toward him. He raises his left hand, swinging it up in order to release a swarm of wind blades that dice up the pillar. The wind blades would continue to merge into a single blade and approach your chest area.

As he sees Chaikoka look down as the Earth spike rises, with no pain seeming to affect him, Obito suspects that he must have broken out of the technique. He confirms this by looking at his chakra flow and seeing that he did indeed break it as his chakra flow is normal. "Cute," Obito thinks to himself as he sees the wind break through the earth spikes. He removes five tags from his pouch and tosses them forward, then forms the Bird handseal. Upon forming the seal, a giant penguin made of adhesive water covers each tag. Each penguin rushes towards the wind, all close to each other and overpowers it, though weakening slightly. As the penguins clash with the wind, Obito strings together three handseals in the blink of an eye and releases Lightning all around his body in the form of a bright light. The light illuminates the terrain and blinds Chaikoka, preventing him from seeing the Penguins rush towards him as they stick to his body. Obito then performs the seal of confrontation, causing the penguins to explode, killing him.

Description: The user would begin to take five explosive tags from their ninja pouch and throw the tags in front of themselves as they flash the bird hand seal. After flashing the bird hand seal, five human sized penguins made of sticky water form around the explosive tags, leaving an air pocket inside themselves so that the explosive tags don't get dampened. Once the water penguins form around the explosive tags, the penguins either jump or dash straight forward at the opponent in hopes of wrapping themselves around the opponent. Once the penguin's wrap themselves around the opponent, the user flashes the seal of confrontation to detonate the explosive tag, causing the opponent massive damage.
Note: The user cannot use explosive tags for two turns after this jutsu is used

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Once Chaikoka sees the water penguins released around the explosive tags, he begins to perform hand seals. He then releases several waves of wind bullets from his mouth. These are aimed at all of the penguins, blowing through them before he is blinded. The bullets continue on towards you to rip through your skin if you continue with the lightning flash technique.

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.
"I was merely waiting for my opening.. which you provided wonderfully." Once the incoming wind overpowers his own technique, Universe begins absorbing the residual chakra (B-rank wind). As she funnels the chakra into her seals, she becomes animated and leaps from Chaikoka's arm. Hitting the ground, she forms into a three dimensional, sleek cheetah and sprints at you at the full speed of a normal cheetah. At the same time, Chaikoka performs a few hand seals and summons the Baron underground beneath you. Once summoned, the Baron extends his tentacles upwards through the ground. The tentacles rapidly burst forth from the earth and smash into your body with deadly force. Several wrap around your body in order to inject venom, while Universe leaps and bites into your neck area. The Baron opens a path through his tentacles in order to allow Universe to pass (the path behind her is immediately closed as she passes).

Description: Universe is simply a large collection of segments of chakra metal, with the entire length taking the form of a long rope, while also capable of connecting at the ends. Along the length of Universe are a collection of seals that can siphon in chakra and then distribute it, regardless of origin (expanded upon below). In a resting state, this rope is divided up into several hundred, miniscule, square segments of metal that all connect directly to each other. When being utilized, Universe becomes animated and is able to separate her individual segments (or detach them completely) in order to form complex, 3-D shapes or objects. She also gains a “sense” of the battlefield around her, giving her the ability to act independently of the user (is not capable of sensing chakra, speech, mental projection of thought, etc). This sense only applies to her ability to act on her own without the user’s direction by utilizing the chakra composing her. The separation of segments is achieved via chakra. When two segments separate from each other, a thin but powerful strand of chakra connects the two pieces (think almost like Renji’s original bankai from Bleach if the description is unclear). This process is then repeated over the length, allowing Universe to extend herself to form larger/complex objects. Universe is a defensive and offensive weapon. Universe can form a variety of shapes to defend the user while also capable of physically attacking/binding the opponent. The damage is equal to that of the chakra currently being utilized by her (Universe was formed with A-rank fire chakra, she does A-rank damange + a burning quality on touch).
Forging:
When used with basic chakra, this figure forming is S-ranked. When used with an elemental chakra, this figure forming is A-ranked (the object also takes on the basic qualities of that element). Regardless, initially forming Universe counts as a move of the user. Universe can take on almost an infinite number of forms, from simple shapes like a sword or glove, or form a 3D creature like a wolf or a second person (If Universe forms into a sword, it can trade blows equally with a normal katana in terms of stability, the same applies for other objects). Universe – If formed into an object capable of its own movement (like an animal) – can act independently from the user for up to three turns before the chakra sustaining Universe is depleted. Additionally, Universe can re-arrange herself into a new shape once per turn. By doing so, Universe is capable of escaping enemy techniques (logic dictates if/how she can avoid a technique) or adapting herself to changes in the battlefield.
Harnessing Seals:
Universe can be used through direct physical contact. Through this method, the user can simply “charge” the seals for three turns by flowing chakra into Universe (does not require an actual technique to charge). These seals act like a self-sustaining battery, having a set length of time that they are able to sustain Universe’s actions. If not connected to the body, Universe only needs to be within short-range of a technique being utilized in order to siphon chakra from it and re-charge her seals (Up to S-rank basic chakra or A-rank elemental chakra). If Universe is successfully hit by a more powerful enemy technique than the chakra she has been made with, she deactivates and is immobile until recharged by a technique.

Afterwards, it can wrap around his opponents to crush them and poison them with it's venom.

Paralysis lasts one turn but the user cannot use any other sound techniques for 2 turns after using it.

As she moves up, Tobi channels chakra to his eye. He looks into Chaikoka's. While a quick glance, it's all that's needed to act as a medium for Tobi's chakra. The illusion sets onto Chaikoka almost immediately. The first thing he experiences is two chains made of molten, blazing steel emerging from the ground, piercing him through his feet. The chains pierce through his thighs, then loop up and pierces through his midsection, just near the bottom of his ribs, from the front, emerging through his back. The chains then swoop through his back, emerging from his pectorals and curl down his arm, burning through his flesh as it does so, then piercing into his forearms. On the first piercing through his feet, the world around him would become infinitely dark, with blackness spreading as far as he can conceive. The fiery chains would cause a tremendous amount of pain, which in reality, would simply be immense stress on his mind. The chains also emit a constant crackling due to the fire, drowning out any and all sounds, with only the slow sound of the fire burning into his flesh. Of course, due to the nature of the Genjutsu suspending him via chains, he would be left immobile in reality and in pain, as well as blinded to everything that goes on reality, with all he can see is his lonely torture. The Genjutsu would take effect as he moves to clap his hands, cutting off his Sound Jutsu, sparing Tobi the joyful fun of the ear thrashing he almost faced. "The one that's standing still. Him. He's locked in a Genjutsu, leaving him vulnerable. What say we go ahead and finish him" Tobi says. Iris opens her beak and releases a giant sphere of fire. The sphere is aimed for Chaikoka's chest, slamming into him and frying him alive. While not enough to completely damage his body, it's enough to burn into his chest, frying the flesh in the area and killing him. With Chaikoka dead, the Jellyfish below the earth is dispelled. "Go down to him," Tobi says, having Iris lower herself down to Chaikoka's body and pick him up. She tosses him onto her back, where Tobi carefully removes his eye and places it into a special beaker. As she descends, Tobi monitors Universe in case it can still operate on its own. Once his body is secured in her claws, she raises up again out of its range.

Description: Iris Gloriosa is a beautiful rainbow colored macaw with Fire, the queen of Altorio. She is half the size of a normal Summon Boss, although having a rivaling sized wingspan. Twice per battle, she is able to run her fire chakra through her feathers, creating a burning light of multicolors, flashing her opponents and stealing their sight, not through chakra but through the light alone (Not a genjutsu). Her fire jutsus display a strong rainbow glow, burning brighter than normal fire, although at a much weaker effect than her blinding flash, without any added strength. She speaks with a very soft and joyful brazilian accent, like a royal lady, yet very playful and youthful.

Also at the same time, Universe reforms into a large griffin and bounds off from the ground. She is formed into a normal griffon except with extra limbs (4) that each wield a metal sword. With only a few powerful strokes of her wings, she plows into Iris from directly below, ripping Iris apart as she continually ravages the bird's exposed belly with her beak, claws, and swords. All of these actions happen within the same time-frame.

Description: This stands as the ability that Archipelago's Box Jellyfishes have to stretch out their tentacles 3 times the original size. Each usage allows the Box to stretch 2 tentacles, and then return them back to normal.
Human summoners mimic this technique by summoning a box on their back, with long tentacles, which wraps around the user's arms, legs and face, giving them the appearance of Moko, elegant carvings wore by Maori villagers, which can then manipulate and stretch the tentacles up to Mid-Range. The tentacles have the particularity of having one side with nematocysts and one side without. The side that attaches to the skin is without nematocysts.

Universe transforms into a cheetah and Selen summons his box Jelly and proceeds to clap his hands for his paralyzing sound technique. Riker doesn't describe acting until after the Jelly has been summoned which means, in time frame, the next technique that Riker does would be before the clapping of Selen's hands. Thus the progression would be: Riker summons his own animal and Selen claps his hands, Riker's Sharingan genjutsu wouldn't come until after the paralyzing sound wave if that is even to happen.
Regardless of whether or not the Sharingan genjutsu is pulled off the two autonomous entities of Universe and the Box Jelly are active and I will argue if there is any significant damage done onto Riker the genjutsu on Selen would be disturbed as that is one method of disrupting some genjutsu according to Chiyo in the battle between Team Kakashi and the Itachi clone in the Gaara arc. However, even if it's not the case, and Riker manages to avoid damage in his next move, Selen's disregard of the genjutsu even if it happens to proceed with his previous action would be smart given the fact his summon can release him. But at this point I'm just giving my feelings on how the fight is going so yeah.
To reiterate: Riker reacts after the box jelly was summoned meaning his technique after that would be before the sound technique of Selen. Riker summons, sound technique happens and the rest of Selen's current move and now it's Riker's move if anything can be done by hime.

"Hmph," he thinks to himself. He may be hurt and paralyzed, but he's not dead. As the tentacle aimed for him moves in close to start wrapping, Tobi releases a multitude of spikes from his body. The spikes emerge from the areas that the tentacles aim to wrap around, piercing through its flesh and preventing it from wrapping around him. The sheer number of spikes would sever the tentacle into shreds. Once the tentacle is shredded, Tobi releases the spikes, dispersing them. At the same time as Tobi using the lightning, Iris releases from its mouth a mass of ash. The ash takes the form of a humanoid; the very dense formation is launched directly at Universe as he moves upwards. The Ash formation crashes onto Universe and forces him back onto the ground, slashing a hole into its form and deactivating it while holding it down and keeping it away from Tobi and Iris. Immediately after dispersing the lightning, Tobi looks at Chaikoka and causes the earth near him to launch upwards in the form of a four spikes coming from all directions.

Description: The user will begin to gather a large amount of lightning chakra within their own body. The person will then proceed to make highly concentrated spikes of lightning, which will emerge from a desired location on his/hers body. The lightning spikes emerge from the body like regular chakra by seeping through the skin and then immediately forming the spike seemingly making it look as if the spike protruded from the body and out into the open air. It emerges with enough force to pierce incoming projectiles or skewer some one’s body and paralyze them. The spikes can essentially have any length the user wishes it to have, though the absolute limit of the technique is that it can only reach targets within short-range of the user, though the user has no limit to how many spikes he can emerge from his body through this technique when used. Another note may be, that the spikes can be dispersed at will by the user if he sees fit.

The body is made entirely of dense ash, composed and compacted tightly together to maintain its shape. The humanoid has no facial characteristics nor actual distinguishes to set it apart. His body color is dark red. This being can move by the users control, or set to move as a projectile at a specific target the user has set for it, following the target wherever until he makes contact. This being takes up similar properties of ash, this includes being blazing hot, explosive (if set with a cloud form), and can skin a person alive if he slashes or attack them. Along with just basic attack that this being can perform at the target (punches, kicks, etc), there is a special ability, with the user performing the Tiger hand seal, can cause the being to completely turn into a cloud of ash, from their the user can choose two choices, either allow the cloud to remain and burn the opponent, potentially explode them, or perform one more hand seal (Tiger) and cause the ash to once again compact into a blazing rock of ash, that will trap the opponent, suffocate them, and burn them completely all over the body. The difference between allowing it remain as a cloud, or become a simple rock, is that the cloud is much more capable to explode, while the rock formation can simply be set ablaze burning the target slowly through its ignition, but not completely explode and finish the target off. This also includes the humanoid shaping of the ash, because he is tightly compact, an explosion will not be set powerfully, the humanoid being can at most, attack the opponent through body movements (almost Taijutsu like).

Description: The user will begin to gather a large amount of lightning chakra within their own body. The person will then proceed to make highly concentrated spikes of lightning, which will emerge from a desired location on his/hers body. The lightning spikes emerge from the body like regular chakra by seeping through the skin and then immediately forming the spike seemingly making it look as if the spike protruded from the body and out into the open air. It emerges with enough force to pierce incoming projectiles or skewer some one’s body and paralyze them. The spikes can essentially have any length the user wishes it to have, though the absolute limit of the technique is that it can only reach targets within short-range of the user, though the user has no limit to how many spikes he can emerge from his body through this technique when used. Another note may be, that the spikes can be dispersed at will by the user if he sees fit.

Description: The user will gather their fire chakra, and spew out a dense, corrosive, amount of ash, the ash will then continue to take on the shape of a Humanoid being, with similar length and width as the user. The body is made entirely of dense ash, composed and compacted tightly together to maintain its shape. The humanoid has no facial characteristics nor actual distinguishes to set it apart. His body color is dark red. This being can move by the users control, or set to move as a projectile at a specific target the user has set for it, following the target wherever until he makes contact. This being takes up similar properties of ash, this includes being blazing hot, explosive (if set with a cloud form), and can skin a person alive if he slashes or attack them. Along with just basic attack that this being can perform at the target (punches, kicks, etc), there is a special ability, with the user performing the Tiger hand seal, can cause the being to completely turn into a cloud of ash, from their the user can choose two choices, either allow the cloud to remain and burn the opponent, potentially explode them, or perform one more hand seal (Tiger) and cause the ash to once again compact into a blazing rock of ash, that will trap the opponent, suffocate them, and burn them completely all over the body. The difference between allowing it remain as a cloud, or become a simple rock, is that the cloud is much more capable to explode, while the rock formation can simply be set ablaze burning the target slowly through its ignition, but not completely explode and finish the target off. This also includes the humanoid shaping of the ash, because he is tightly compact, an explosion will not be set powerfully, the humanoid being can at most, attack the opponent through body movements (almost Taijutsu like).

Archipelago Boxes Venom: The standard venom produced by the archipelago boxes is an enhanced version of the standard Cubozoa venom. It contains a mixture of hemolytic and neuro-toxins. Upon infection, the target will feel great pain, worse than being burned, as the poison spreads. The hemolytic toxins and other disgestive enzimes will burn and melt the flesh they come in contact with producing terrible scars in their path. Some Archipelago Boxes may utilize a different variation of the venom, focusing on different venoms used by different species of the Cubozoa class, which will be fully described in the jutsu description of each summon.
Universe witnesses the incoming entity of fire, rearranging her shape. Due to the incoming entities small size, Universe is able to re-arrange herself into a hummingbird in order to bypass and dodge it. Universe flutters quickly back towards Chaikoka, wrapping herself around his arm before deactivating as her chakra runs dry.
While one of The Baron's tentacles is destroyed, the other is successful. With the tentacle wrapped around the summon injecting venom/constricting her movement, The Baron retracts his tentacle (back and to the right) in order to rip the summon from the sky after she releases her fire. Iris is smashed hard into the ground, where the escalating damage from the venom and the fall would disperse her (and subsequently the fire entity). Of course, since you are on Iris, you are awkwardly thrown off into the air as you lose your footing. While the single tentacle rips Iris from the sky, an additional two tentacles shoot up towards your position (from below and the left). The tentacles wrap around you, injecting their venom while constricting your body.
Chaikoka watches as one tentacle is destroyed by his enemy, but the other tentacle manages to wrap around the summon. Once the tentacle aimed at yourself is disposed of, he claps his hands together. A large portal opens up within the sky that releases a large amount of foam. The foam entities plummet down aimed at your position within the air. Wave after wave of foam creatures pound into your body as the tentacles constrict your body. Once again, these techniques all happen simultaneously.

Description: Universe is simply a large collection of segments of chakra metal, with the entire length taking the form of a long rope, while also capable of connecting at the ends. Along the length of Universe are a collection of seals that can siphon in chakra and then distribute it, regardless of origin (expanded upon below). In a resting state, this rope is divided up into several hundred, miniscule, square segments of metal that all connect directly to each other. When being utilized, Universe becomes animated and is able to separate her individual segments (or detach them completely) in order to form complex, 3-D shapes or objects. She also gains a “sense” of the battlefield around her, giving her the ability to act independently of the user (is not capable of sensing chakra, speech, mental projection of thought, etc). This sense only applies to her ability to act on her own without the user’s direction by utilizing the chakra composing her. The separation of segments is achieved via chakra. When two segments separate from each other, a thin but powerful strand of chakra connects the two pieces (think almost like Renji’s original bankai from Bleach if the description is unclear). This process is then repeated over the length, allowing Universe to extend herself to form larger/complex objects. Universe is a defensive and offensive weapon. Universe can form a variety of shapes to defend the user while also capable of physically attacking/binding the opponent. The damage is equal to that of the chakra currently being utilized by her (Universe was formed with A-rank fire chakra, she does A-rank damange + a burning quality on touch).
Forging:
When used with basic chakra, this figure forming is S-ranked. When used with an elemental chakra, this figure forming is A-ranked (the object also takes on the basic qualities of that element). Regardless, initially forming Universe counts as a move of the user. Universe can take on almost an infinite number of forms, from simple shapes like a sword or glove, or form a 3D creature like a wolf or a second person (If Universe forms into a sword, it can trade blows equally with a normal katana in terms of stability, the same applies for other objects). Universe – If formed into an object capable of its own movement (like an animal) – can act independently from the user for up to three turns before the chakra sustaining Universe is depleted. Additionally, Universe can re-arrange herself into a new shape once per turn. By doing so, Universe is capable of escaping enemy techniques (logic dictates if/how she can avoid a technique) or adapting herself to changes in the battlefield.
Harnessing Seals:
Universe can be used through direct physical contact. Through this method, the user can simply “charge” the seals for three turns by flowing chakra into Universe (does not require an actual technique to charge). These seals act like a self-sustaining battery, having a set length of time that they are able to sustain Universe’s actions. If not connected to the body, Universe only needs to be within short-range of a technique being utilized in order to siphon chakra from it and re-charge her seals (Up to S-rank basic chakra or A-rank elemental chakra). If Universe is successfully hit by a more powerful enemy technique than the chakra she has been made with, she deactivates and is immobile until recharged by a technique.

Description: This stands as the ability that Archipelago's Box Jellyfishes have to stretch out their tentacles 3 times the original size. Each usage allows the Box to stretch 2 tentacles, and then return them back to normal.
Human summoners mimic this technique by summoning a box on their back, with long tentacles, which wraps around the user's arms, legs and face, giving them the appearance of Moko, elegant carvings wore by Maori villagers, which can then manipulate and stretch the tentacles up to Mid-Range. The tentacles have the particularity of having one side with nematocysts and one side without. The side that attaches to the skin is without nematocysts.

From this portal, a large amount of foam creatures spiral downwards from the sky, in the shape of a massive herd of goats with fish tails. These creatures are created with the slippery version of foam, so when they strike the ground, they spray their foam up to short range from the location of their impact. Those creatures that attack the opponent barrel into them from above with incredible force, causing severe blunt-force damage and can leave small craters in the ground from their impact.

Keeping the handseal active, she the causes the ash cloud to re-condense into a strong, dense rock of ash that traps Universe inside, with the blazing damage being delivered to the entity deactivating it. The ash falls to the ground below, effectively sealing off Universe. At the same time, as Iris is pulled from Tobi and he begins to freefall, he sees two tentacles shooting up at him. At the same time, he hears the formation of foam from above falling down towards them. "Well, that's gonna pack quite the whallop," Tobi says softly, flowing chakra throughout his body. As the tentacles wrap around and the foam reaches him, Tobi releases the chakra, transforming his body into water. The tentacles, just as they touch his body, would be unable to form a grip, instead passing through his liquid body, allowing Tobi to slip past the tentacles and continue descending to the ground. This would cause the Foam Rams to crash into the tentacles, damaging Baron. As Tobi lands on the ground, his liquid form protects him from receiving any harm from the fall and the Rams that crash around him due to his immaterial form. Once the Rams have stopped falling, Tobi reverts to his normal state and faces Chaikoka, the Baron and Iris both vanishing(Iris from damage, Baron's time is up).

He watches the tentacles and the foam constructs seemingly phase through your body. Once your body becomes liquified, Chaikoka identifies this using his Sharingan. From the chakra coloring your body as you dematerialize, he is able to tell that you have changed form. Waiting for the opportune moment, Chaikoka strikes using his Sharingan as a guide. The foam composing the creatures would have sprayed all around your position as they struck the ground (which is clearly defined within the technique). Using this inactive foam, Chaikoka detonates the foam. Akin to an explosion, the foam all around your position in every direction suddenly swells and explodes with concussive force. This would be timed for when you are just beginning to reform, meaning most of your body is still liquified. With your liquified hands and limbs, you are unable to perform hand seals or really move to defend yourself. While the foam explodes, Chaikoka also releases a swarm of shuriken (4 from each hand, placed in the slits of the fingers) all around your position in different locations. They would land after the explosion.

Description: This technique targets foam sources already present on the battlefield, or on specific techniques being manipulated currently by the user. It is meant to be paired with a separate foam technique in order to immediately strengthen it upon creation. This is done by utilizing either an additional seal or body movement (If the technique being enhanced requires hand seals, this technique will simply require an additional seal tacked on at the end of the sequence. If the technique being enhanced requires a clapping of the hands, the user can simply perform two quick claps). This allows the user to inject a large influx of chakra into the foam. By devising a unique way of altering foam's properties based on how one would creation the element at its foundation, the user is capable of doing one of two things:
The first method injects chakra into the foam source. This chakra reacts with the foam source, shrinking the individual pockets of gas while simultaneously increasing the total number of air pockets within the present foam. This increase in the number of air pockets is done in order to keep the foam at near its original size and scale even with their reduced size. The shrunken pockets of gas thicken the element, making it physically denser and sturdier. Similar to how foam is created using water as its base and then adding wind chakra to thicken the element, this method works in the same manner. However, the foam is thickened far beyond the normal amount by infusing more small-scale bubbles, creating a super dense and compact version. This augmenting of foam's physical strength increases physical damage similar to how "Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique" can add damage to an earth technique by increasing the amount of force applied upon contact. This can be used to strengthen (+20 damage) a foam technique. The basic elemental strengths/weaknesses still apply.
The second method involves the same process, but a different end result. After the chakra is fed into the foam source/technique, the expansion of gas pockets is amplified to a much greater extent in regards to speed. Usually, the wind chakra is added in gradually in order to thicken the water-base to a higher degree. By using this method, the user amplifies this ability one-hundredfold. The rapid expansion forces these pockets of air to swell in a single moment, making the targeted foam source “explode” from within, bursting outwards with great force. This differs from basic applications such as simply detonating an element with chakra to cause an explosion. This method simply utilizes the unique composition of foam to create an ingenious way of producing a similar effect. If used on inactive sources of foam (any foam on the battlefield that is not currently being used within the confines of a technique), this explosion effect is A-ranked. If used on an active technique, the explosion is based on the technique’s rank (If used on a B-rank foam technique, the explosion is B-ranked, etc).

The construct forms five meters above him, not emitting a single sound. It falls towards him and plunges the blade on its right arm into the top of his head while shoving the blade on its left through his throat from the side. The construct then jerks its left arm back, severing his neck and removing his head. Tobi then steps out of the smoke cloud and approaches the severed head, carefully removing the eyes and placing it within a special container.

On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). Ah no, I didn't realize it counts as a variation of the substitution jutsu. In that case, you're completely right. Quick question, Selen attacks me while I'm in a semi-liquid form, which means the jutsu's reversal hasn't been completed; it's still active. Would reversing that, reversing the revert to solid from liquid, count as a separate usage, or would it be an extension of the first usage under the ability to freely control whether you're solid or liquid with it active?
