Escanor is amazing. You going to give me a speech mid fight about who decides? O_<
Hawkins arrived on top of the mansion waiting for the one to challenge him. His plain sword on his hip he looked up at his foe, a large man with a muscular build. Interesting to say the least. Hawkins would learn his fate based on the cards. He pulled a deck of cards from his band before shuffling them and flipping the top card. The image would reveal how he would start.

Escanor stood in front of his opponent on top of the hokage's mansion, he watched as the man pulled out a deck of cards and started shuffling. Escanor (due to his club's intent sensing) would sense an attack coming from beneath him, he jumped up while building lightning chakra, he would release a high discharge from both plans direct at whatever was coming from beneath him.
He would then land five meters to the right of his former position, before landing Escanor built fire chakra which he released on landing (serves as stomping). Three pillars of flame in a straight line would emerge from beneath the opponent, one directly beneath him, one three meters infront of him and the third three meters behind him.

Watching his opponent leap in the air as he released the lightning down toward the water spikes protruding through the roof, and interesting counter to say the least. he would make note of the water falling below as the lightning negated the jutsu. He would notice where his opponent was landing, back on the roof, he would release his chakra into the roof itself, causing it to cave in, causing the man to lose his footing, falling down into the depths before he could follow up with an attack:

This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock and dislodge any vulnerable or sensitive spots, causing the structure to collapse. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside. The damage depends on the size of the cavern or rock lodging above or nearby the target and not on the amount of chakra used which doesn't need to be high. A large cave with a thick ceiling can easily do the physical damage equivalent to an A-Rank technique but due to the damage not being focused or chakra fueled, its also easily defendable.

It seemed as thought the cards were right. He'd used water which had left his target open for attack to fall below. Next step was to follow up. With the water card in hand, he decided that was the way to proceed. He would hold out his right hand shooting a torrent of water down into the falling mass of earth catching his opponent off guard in the process:

Escanor would land as planned but before his fire technique could happen the roof caved in as he landed, Escanor quickly released non-focused electricity in an omnidirectional wave around him. This would destroy all the falling chunks that would have harmed him. He landed on the floor beneath him. He was now in the Kage building while the opponent was still on the roof.
Escanor sensed another attack from his opponent, on seeing the spiralling wall of water come towards him, Escanor released a large fireball from his mouth, the fire ball would cancel the spiralling water wall, creating a cloud of steam.
Still chanelling his fire chakra Escanor performed the tiger handseal before releasing two dragon head-shaped fireballs directly at the man, this would destroy the roof beneath him before erupting to burn him.

Hawkins watched as the lightning destroyed the falling rock while his water torrent shot forwards. His mass of water was stopped, by what must of been fire. He saw a glow then the area was surrounded by steam. Interesting to say the least. The man had chosen to use an element weak to water in order to counter, in the process creating a screen across the field blocking his vision. How troublesome. Well, he would just have to take advantage of the situation. While he couldn't be seen, Hawkins would use his water mask to spew out a giant mass of water that covered the entire mansion and most of the area around. In spewing this out he used it to lift himself up to the top of the dome as the mass of water pushed his opponent crashing through the mansion as the water washed over him:

Escanor watched as water rushed down the hole, he would immediately act by manipulating the floor he was standing on to create a complete dome around him, protecting him from the water as it filled the room.
Still in the dome, Escanor would merge with the floor he stood on completely, he then moved in towards the opponents through the floor, wall then roof, he would emerge quietly behind the opponent as far away as possible( out of the orbs reach).
On emerging, Escanor made the tiger handseal while concentrating his raw chakra in the air ten meters above the opponent, this would create 10 golden arrows in the air in such a way that the opponent and his "heart" wouldn't see it, the arrows then rained down on the man and his "heart", piercing through them before exploding.

Hawkins released his water heart to maintain the orb as he looked out for his opponent, but there was no sight of him, no screams, no struggle. This was most peculiar. He would spin around in the water looking for his opponent as his water mask kept looking down for the opponent to emerge. As he looked behind him he saw his opponent emerging from the ground, so he was trying to sneak attack, well that just wouldn't do. Using his affinity for earth release, he would make a gesture towards the ground to create a massive swamp all around the land where his opponent stood, causing him to drop into the mud, fighting against it as he's drawn. (If you did continue with your last attack the water dome would protect anyway):

The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a thick, newer impossible to move in swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
