Yata mirror seems to be the talk of the town considering everyone believes it can be broken. To Further clarify I will show both definitions of Yata mirror since everyone feels Yata can be beaten by Kamui or any other type of attack.
Definition 1:

With this information from definition 1 There are 3 common misconceptions that are explained in this definition
1) Q: Can Yata Block more than 1 type of attack?

This definition is the definition that sets Yata at the top in terms of why it can deflect any type of attack.
In this definition it states that Yata is a shield that repels any attack,In the face of a gods powers, all attacks, whether from a material or astral body, ninjutsu, or physical, lose their meaning.
Now to finally hush the non-believers.
This is some of the questions I get a lot when it comes to Yata mirror:
1) Q: Can an attack that breaks any defense, or is unavoidable beat Yata? and if not it is a Paradox.
A: No! The reason being is because Kishi put in a special rule for Yata to make sure it is kept at the top. That rule is the "lose their meaning" rule. With this said.. If an attack that can't be blocked IE (Helmsplitter, Hellbringer, Kamui, Amaterasu, Black Liquid, ALL non blockable techs) went up against Yata. Yata would make the attack "lose it's meaning" thus the attack loses it's OP property and thus is blocked. With this said if helmsplitter(Break all defense) and Kamui(Un blockable) attack yata mirror.. then Helmsplitter would lose it's break all defense meaning and would be blocked. Kamui would lose it's un blockable meaning and would be blocked.
2) Q: Special abilities will beat yata?
A: No, the second definition clearly states material(Material is anything made of matter), astral(spiritual), ninjutsu, physical will be blocked.

3) Q: What is yata mirror?
A: Further explained in definition two it states that Yata is a Godly entity thus including Definition 1(stating it's spiritual) and the manga(stating its supernatural). With this being said Yata mirror has no affiliation with the Sage of Six Paths, chakra, or any clan relations.
FYI for the "Every Jutsu has a weakness" guys... Yata mirror is not a jutsu
To conclude... Though most people will continue to not accept Yata due to it belonging to Itachi. This is all the proof you need so feel free to do with it whatever you like.

That weakness is the wielder probably, maybe it takes insane chakra control or immense amount of chakra to wield it. Or maybe you have to be aware of what is attacking to stop it. So if the wielder is unaware, he can't "communicate" with the shield to block it.
Alright, whatever- lets say Yata mirror is invincible and nothing can stop it.
Do you really want to read a manga where such a thing exists?! It's so unbelievably lame, unimaginative, underserved and boring for someone to just be able to just find such a thing on the ground, use it and then claim "every jutsu has a weakness" when really, he's just being hypocritical. Yata Mirror & Totsuka Blade were the biggest mistakes Kishi ever made.
The only misconception here is you thinking you know everything about the manga that hasn't been stated.
