Clearing up some issues about ITACHI...

Three things that are wrong with this post..
1st: at that point in time, we don't even know if kishi had intended itachi to be a good guy..
2nd: itachi nearly killed kakashi so what stopped him from doing the same to jiraya? He could have injured him without killing him if it was dat easy...
3rd: kisame admitted that jiraya is out of his league, now unlike itachi, kisame wasn't a good guy and we do know that kisame wasn't tiers below itachi, he was pretty strong though itachi is stronger... But still that proves that jiraya was at the very least as strong as itachi or may be even stronger...

1. Lol.. U r nt even sure about that.. Plus,some writers think about 30 chapters forward before writing one chapter.. Its called "planning" hw mysterious.
2.Read d thread.. He said he didnt want to start a war,plus injuring J.man wnt b easy,i never stated dat..

What are you talking about? Itachi and Obito are the only Uchiha to willingly admit that they were failures and were wrong. Itachi is one of the most humble people in the series.

1st: itachi was shown to be good after at least 100+ chapters of this event...
2nd: lol ok so injuring kakashi doesn't start war while jiraya will..

No, arrogant would be people who believe that their actions are above reproach and believe that it's their way or the highway (i.e. Madara and Sasuke). Itachi handled Sasuke the wrong way, yes, but he openly admitted that he was a failure, that nothing he did was right, and that he shouldn't be admired for it. He didn't want his story to be told. He wanted to die a shadow for the sake of his home. That is not arrogance.

Why else would he do it that bad to Sasuke and make him witness that clans and his parent's -whom he assumed Sasuke loved more- repeatedly be killed.. you know, the "requirement" for the MS.
