Unfortunately you don't understand what kurama was saying. Instead of taking the 10 tail chakra and dividing it into 9 pieces like Sage, Sasuke took the 9 chakra and combined them back together. Nothing more or less.

Not sure what there is to argue about. You admit Sasuke combined them together which forms the Juubi. Even Kurama admits that he did the same thing in reverse.

No, I admitted that Sasuke combined the chakra together. That doesn't create the 10 tail beast. Once again to create the 10 tail beast you must combine the chakra together inside the 10 tail beast body. This is required to create the 10 tail beast -

You are overlooking the fact that the 10 tail body is needed to create the 10 tail. Since Sasuke didn't have the body he didn't create the 10 tail.

It's true Sasuke used susanoo in place of the 10 tail body, but susanoo doesn't equal the 10 tail body.
