Let's also not use a corpse who wasn't even the original owner of the Rinnegan. Though technically, even if he gets petrified, it's not because of the amount of chakra, but the amount of natural energy. If the jutsu is still absorbed, then that technically means Preta Path did nullify the technique or has the potential to and is restricted to due to the user's capabilities.

Fortunately, Lord Sasuke doesn't have this issue. :bdpf:

Tail beast 1-9 have natural energy only when they are combine to recreate the 10 tail beast. Why, because the 10 tail beast has natural energy not tail beast 1-9. IE: When Madara recreated the 10 tail beast and sealed inside himself he gained natural energy. When Sasuke combine beast 1-9 and used their chakra he didn't gain natural energy because he didn't recreate the 10 tail beast.

Bijuu chakra is made of Juubi chakra therefore is made of Senjutsu which means they contain NE, so yes, the one Sasuke used had NE inside it.

Because Sasuke didn't do that his susanoo didn't have natural energy. Like I said "If tail beast 1-9 had natural energy than Naruto won't have needed to combine SM and BM to counter Obito's TSB.

Unfortunately you don't understand what kurama was saying. Instead of taking the 10 tail chakra and dividing it into 9 pieces like Sage, Sasuke took the 9 chakra and combined them back together. Nothing more or less.

Once again, if tail beast 1-9 had natural energy than all of their jutsu would be senjutsu, but they are not.
