Tobi's been deceiving characters and readers from the moment he entered the manga nonstop. Tobi's strategies have required a sht load of verbal deception. Tobi is a liar...I once made a list of Tobi's lies and the list was long, but!...everything he said concerning Madara seems to be accurate from a Madara perspective. His lies are only lies because he is not Madara.

Why call tobi a lair cause what he says doesnt favour you..that is tBs.
So far in the series all what tobi said has been true, like when he told sasuke about itachi,even itachi confirmed it. Or his story about so6p/juubi which at some point in the manga kurama confirmed it.. But
The story about izanagi needing senju's dna to work,people start saying its a lie. Why in the world will he lie about the technique that doesnt make sense.
Some people are ready to belive kakashi saying things like "the byakugan is superior to the sharingan." but wont want to believe tobi's "it requires senju dna."
So in an atemtp to credit itachi(ie powering him up) they want to discredit a whole TOBI 'bringer of war' by saying he's a lair to favour their fanboyrism,that is so not fair.
Clearing things up??

Izanagi in general does not need Senju DNA.

Izanagi+Senju DNA = makes the effect stronger/more time effect/more attack force effect and more controll over the tech in general.


Reason = Izanagi = in its original and most strongest form = COAT = Performed by Rikudo Sennin = Rikudo Sennin = TES , TYS = Uchiha , Senju = if you Uchiha + Senju = a closer form to the = Rikudo Sennin.
