Ow finally we reach the good C -ranks and yet now I see some pretty mostly used techniques here around the Ninja World. Well I would love it if sensei can elaborate on how much the jutsus he's teaching how often they are used in NB RPG.
Leaf Rising Wind
This technique requires the user to have a god balance and very useful because it opens up to combination of moves as it leads to an opponent being airborne. But has its own flaws like it requires the user to have a good balance before using it and also importantly the opponent has a time-frame to dodge it.This can be used in conjunction with moves like Dynamic Entry, that require airborne. Also, since the opponent is airborne, he will be unable to dodge/block any further free-form moves or jutsus. Since the user has to fall down to execute this move, there will be a space of time for the opponent to dodge away.
When the user goes to the ground, this can open up the opponent to use moves while the user is still on the ground. Also, the kick can be blocked with hands, as long as the opponent has durability. Toki approaches the clone sensei made and performs a squat, with his right side of the body facing the clone. He leans slightly towards his left side, and elevates his right leg slightly. With the force from the legs, he slams his right leg into the clone's head. This causes the clone to fly upwards, shortly before exploding
Pressure Palm
This one is easy to execute that its almost not time consuming at all. I believe this technique is one of those that has a small time frame for an opponent to actually dodge. But because of that it does not deal too much damage to the one who used it and also can leave you vulnerable for oncoming counter attacks as your hand is already in motion.
I guess this move, almost like all the other moves, can be used at the start or the end of a spar. If there are moves that work better if the opponent is lower to the ground, like Doton style, then this would be effective. This could be used at the end of your turn in a battle, in order to stop the opponent from counter-attacking immediately.if you were to become imbalanced, the force of your hand would surely drive you to the ground. This move can also be simply blocked, after which the opponent can perform kicks to your lower body. If you strike the opponent, but he manages to roll away from you, say behind you, you will have no way to look behind, and defend yourself from his next attack, which can prove to be deadly..
Toki approaches the clone and immediately raises his right hand palm, while facing it downwards, slams it into the left shoulder of the clone, driving it into the ground, causing its eventual explosion.
