I wonder what's with this sudden change to want me to list adv and disadvantages. Lol and you're right that is one unselfish jutsu. It does not discriminate Mhm.. no matter I've been doing them since from the start anyway.

Mhh let me see about this jutsu, for starters too many damn hand seals to do if you are not a lightning specialist. Its a jutsu recommended for use if you have the sharingan so that you would keep up with the increased reflexes it gives to the user. Another good point about this jutsu is that it increases the thrust strength of the user and their speed overall. But the fact that its short range sucks and that actually it would be hard to land a hit with it if you have an opponent that has fast reaction time. The fact that it sounds like 1000 birds its a disadvantage in itself because its not a jutsu you would use to sneak because the moment you activate it the target will here the chipping sound of it. Oh I almost forgot this jutsu can be channeled to other objects like swords and stuff.

Getting to the jutsu. Naori merges both her spiritual and physical energies to create raw chakra. She performs the required hand seals for the jutsu while she transforms her raw chakra into lightning chakra. She then focuses it into her left hand, as it manifests itself there she uses shape manipulation to control it and maintain the required shape it must have. After she has created it she dashes towards sensei's clone closing in with it at high speeds and luckily pierces the clone through its chest. A little blood flows through on its mouth as it feels the piercing pain and numbness because of the lightning moments before it goes poof.

Naori seeing that the clone is not disappearing. Thinking that it may have used the hardening jutsu because she saw the clone's skin turning dark for a moment. She follows up by creating a flow of gushing water under the clone which traps it in a sphere of water and drowns it. As soon as the sphere envelopes the whole body of the clone Naori follows up by first doing the ram hand seal. Then raises her hand to the sky. A bolt of lightning comes down rushing and electrocutes the said target. This time the clone is killed as it disappears as soon as the jutsu smoke clears.

Now, onto the next techniques!. I need you to take a large shuriken and channel chidori into it!. Now, I need you to throw that charged shuriken towards the opponent!. This Shuriken when hits the opponent will totally paralyse his body!. pretty nice and deadly technique if used correctly!

Now, Here comes one of the most deadliest Raiton technique!. Reshape the chidori in your hand and form countless senbons from it!. The speed of the technique is enormous and extremely precise!. Since the technique doesn't have any hand seals and created by a simple hand gesture, It's quiet the deadly and difficult technique to evade during close quarters combat!. Senbons have paralysing effects too!.

(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

This one is a great jutsu to use as a quick counter because it uses a weapon, so even if the opponent uses a wind jutsu to push it back the lightning may come off and the physical body of it remains. Also its one of the rare ways one can use to combine it with wind jutsu to increase the speed of the shuriken which is seen to be rare because wind always has a negative effect on lightning.

While at mid range with the frog Naori uses earth chakra and creates spears of earth from below the frog which the frog jumps. As the frog jumps Naori waits for it to land which is when she took out a large shuriken and with it she first molds her raw chakra and transforms it to lightning chakra. She concentrates a large amount of lightning to her right hand. She transfers most of that raiton chakra to the shuriken. She uses shape manipulation to keep the chakra inline with the shape of the shuriken. She throws the shuriken to the frog aiming it across its torso which at the contact of the shuriken and the frog it feels a shock that paralyses it, due to its sharpness it slices through the frog separating it into two parts.

One Thousand Birds Needle

The second one as you said its a fearsome jutsu but because of its size large scale jutsus or armors prevent this jutsu from penetrating through the skin. I believe also that this jutsu requires a person that has great observation skills like doujutsu and sensing skills so that they would be able to hit the vital parts that this jutsu does. Also since its small like that in size one better be carefull when they use it on the ones that have blesses eyes.

Destroy your clone you say? Humph.. oh well I will. While Naori was saying this she raised her hands a little to the same level to her breasts. In that instant she was able to mold lightning chakra and gather it to her hand because it requires no hand seals. As she moved her hand up to give a worried gesture with her hands she created and shot senbons that she aimed to sensei's clone. Two of those senbons were aimed at the neck of the clone just a millimeter from the eso****us and some were around the clone's pectorals and quadriceps. Which sent a shock to the brain disrupting the electromagnetic waves that allow the brain to send to the body which lead to the clone to be unable to move and faint to the ground. Which it disappears before it reaches that ground.

Question:
Can a person wearing armor that is made of steel maybe able to get protection from this jutsu if its aimed at his/ her armor or they will receive a little shock if they get hit even on the armor?

And regarding your question, Steel is generally weak against lightning in our RP. Further than that, Normal Armours will not protect you from this technique, but in case if it is a Custom Armour ( Which you got approved in the customs thread ) that specifically states that it can protect you from A rank lightning or S ranked regular ninjutsu, it can be used to protect from the technique. Else, it's a no no.

Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

After doing that, create a massive chidori in your dominant hand and point to towards the clone over there!. As you do that, Unleash that chakra and create a massive 120deg blast of lightning that spreads from your hand towards the enemy!.

The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

This is a pretty different technique!. At first I need you to dash towards the clone with a chidori in your hand. Once you strike the clone, use shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurles the opponent into the air!. Increase the potency of the lightning generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear sending the clone back to the ground!. Beware, only the spear can reach upto mid range!

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear Rank: S Type: Offensive Range: Short - Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage points: 80 Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. Lightning Release: 1000 birds ThunderClap.

Well this one is a good technique avarall but it bears quite a risk. So I will answer that question of yours right here before I perform it. Sorry for disobeying your instruction . The good thing about it is that its one of the powerful lightning jutsus and comparatively quick technique to do. Also it covers up to long range making it useful to attack opponents from mid to short. Also since it comes from a concentrated jutsu like chidori. Its very handy if I want to do other jutsus because I don't need to continuously supply it with chakra. Oh about the answer its because it starts from mid to long range from its description and because it posses danger to the user if used at short range. Putting the paper aside its an annoying jutsu because you must not move while using it which can prove to be a disadvantage if you are fighting multiple opponents.

Now as Naori sees five clones senpai has made. She thinks that isn't that going too far? Anyway Naori standing in between the clones on a boulder that makes him slightly above the clones. As the clone army take out their weapons and attack her. She molds her raw chakra and I transformed it to lightning chakra. She concentrates it to both her hands and uses shape manipulation to keep the chakra shaped like electricity around her hand. She proceeds by clapping both her hands and unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful thunderbolt. She lowers her hand towards the clone army and a eries of multiple thunderbolts are directed at the clones. When it reaches them they become paralyzed by the electricity and go numb before they disappear.

Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm

Many advantages with this jutsu it enables the user a lot of mobility when they attack and also acts as a surprise attack because of the sudden deforming of chidori into a more enhanced attack meaning its boosts the user's physical capabilities as well. Also since blast happens at mid range I guess will be unharmed by it even if the impact covers more area than normal chidori.

After Naori completed that with the chidori still active she further increases the chakra to it and returns it to normal before he used it on the previous jutsu. But this time she only focused it on one hand (her right hand). Naori waits for the clone to be in range with her jutsu while she still stands on the boulder. The clone approaches and Naori extends his right hand while generating more lightning chakra to her hand which results in the formation of a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from her hand, outwards and forward towards the clone. The clone gets burned and turned to dust by it.

Question 1:
In all thee jutsu do I have to post chidori to eat one of my move every time I use them?

One Thousand Birds True Spear

Now coming to this one... its one hell annoying jutsu. Also teh spear only extends to mid range which is what most opponents would use this to escape the effects of it. First you must stab your opponent with it which is something that is very hard to do in these days because in most cases opponents are always trying to fight at long range. So striking the enemy with chidori may not be easy as it sounds but if you succeed you get to stab your opponent with it while you numb his senses and get the bonus to slam him down.

After defeating that last clone Naori jumps off the cliff as she sees another one coming towards her blind side. Naori creates chidori once again and dashes towards the clone. While doing this she uses advanced shape manipulation as she extends the chidori into the shape of a spear. She stabs the clone in the stomach as it tries to evade by jumping up. By raising her hand as she hurls the clone down slams it down to the ground. This causes the clone to instantly vanish.

What ever the armour maybe, If they are not a custom Weapon then they are purely cosmetic! ^^. and I am used to wallies.

And regarding your question, No. You don't have to waste a jutsu slot. You can just say that you create a chidori and proceed with the rest of the technique.

Now, this is one of the most trickiest technique in the Jutsu list!. Chidori Nagashi allows you to generate non-focused electricity from your body!. There are two ways you can use this!. 1. As an Omnidirectional blast and 2. By channelling through a medium!.

Benefits of Omnidirectional Blast? Is considered as a full body surge hence it can be used to release genjutsu one rank lower ( B rank ) and below. However, the range of the technique is restricted to short range!. But, when you channel it through any medium like ground, water, etc etc. it can reach upto Mid range!.

Even though it has the numbing and paralysing effect like other lightning techniques, the destructive effect of the technique is very very less!. It can ofc destroy low ranked Earth and wood release technique, however it can only negate the chakra present in ground or any other object to stop high ranked earth and wood release techniques.

So, You can either choose it to be an omnidirectional blast of lightning or, You can focus it into your hands and channel it through a medium!. Now, I don't want you to perform this technique but I will give you 3 scenarios, and you have to tell me how you can use the technique there or to be precise, tell me whether Nagashi can cancel of will have effect on those techniques or not..!.

Scenario 1 :

Clone 1 uses the below technique to create a swamp under you instantly!. Will Nagashi be able to counter the swamp? If yes, Why? If no, Why?

It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects. The next one is a simple technique!. You first create a Chidori and using shape manipulation, you extend the reach of chidori by create a spear out of it!. Once the spear pierces the opponent, it will split into multiple additional blades drastically increasing the wounds it can inflict. Rather that more of cutting power, it has piercing power!. Just performance alone will suffice!.

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

Oh boy... that is one hell of a jutsu, so much to discuss about. Also thanks for your detailed explanation I think I understand now. I think i have seen what is your favorite jutsu on the lightning element. I gotta say good choice its one useful jutsu but has a lot of complexity.

Oh boy.. you sure want my head this time.. that is a lot of demanding frog one jutsu but what can I say you're the boss so I'll get through this real quick. The first think I notice about this one is that its first disadvantage is that it has a certain of conditions for the user to explore different properties and attacks variances it offers making it a great jutsu to use to defend. However this complex versatility it has also counts as an advantage to the user also which in overall considering the jutsu rank and all it offers makes it quite a jutsu one would love to use. Oh I almost forgot since it can be channeled through mediums its a good thing but bad if that is your only option to reach mid range.

Oh my.. I wonder why you chose to use Edo Hashi.. that guy is too OP :|. It was great when I was bullying your clones

• Scenario one: Well this one I think its the simplest because this is what people usually use to counter the swamp. I think nagashi would counter this jutsu effectively if the user channels lightning chakra to the ground and allowing it to neutralize the chakra put there that manipulated the swamp. Its because since lightning is stronger then earth so an A rank jutsu like Nagashi would have no hassles stopping a jutsu like that. Although i think it would be up to mid range meaning if the user did summon the swamp up to themselves then victim of it would be floating on the swamp after they have used nagashi.

• Scenario two: Well this new to me.. wood huh? Mhm, let me see. I think wood is weak compared to lightning because its made out of elements that lightning is believed to solo. Okay I say Nagashi will be able to counter this one too. Looking that its short range I guess if I use the short range version of nagashi I would be able to stop and burn out the wood. Or to be precise the wood particles will heat up and scatter to bits as I release the nagashi. But since this one is short range I thin my nagashi will do more then just dismantle the wood jutsu, it will also shock the opponent or in this case the edo hashi.

• Scenario three: Okay I gotta admit this one is a tricky one more rank then the previous above wood jutsu. So what would be the difference really because even if its one rank higher then the last one its still far weaker compared to nagashi. So I think this one nagashi will half stop it this time. I think the mid range and the short will both work but the mid range one would be much better. This is because if I use it to stop the trees from ever growing the first place by channeling the lightning produced by the jutsu i would have successfully evaded the jutsu.
  
  Then there come the second part I think its a bit tricky because for you to destroy four pillars at once they have to becoming towards you the dame time. So since I am no wood specialist I would use the first option to prevent the jutsu from even happening. But if some unfortunate events occur and I am faced with it I would use the short range version if I have seen that they are coming towards me the same time. But they are not I would use a lightning enhanced sword and cut each of the wood pillars one by one.

The channeled mid range Nagashi do I have to channel it to the ground every time or I can just channel it through objects that come to me as projectiles like channel through an earth spike that is trying to stab me from behind?

Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear

Well my first impression with this one is that its just a weaker version of the chidori true spear meaning this one has a lower range and power compared to the S rank one. Yup it has its differences which that it splits to multiple spears once it makes contact with the opponent which makes it useless if you don't touch them. But the good thing is if you do touch the opponent you get quite a great bonus which is worth it after a while struggling to stab your opponent with it.

Naori creates a chidori using shape manipulation and her lightning chakra. She then focuses her chakra into her dominant right hand gathering electricity, which produces chirping sound that makes chidori. After that she uses advanced shape manipulation to extend the spear towards the immobilized Edo Hashirama who was electrocuted by the nagashi. Naori extends the spear and it cuts through Hash's heart making it possible to seal this menace once and for all.

I almost thought this wouldn't end... well I am ready for the next ones *_*

This is not my favourite technique lol. The thing why I stress soo much on this technique is that, I lost my first NW match ( One shotted to be precise ) Due to the improper usage of this technique. I don't wan't anyone to face such a situation. That's the main reason why I am stressing on this situation soo much!. And regarding the three scenarios, your explanation for scenario number 2 is correct whereas the first one is wrong and the third one is half correct!. Let me explain to you why.

Scenario 1:

In that scenario, a massive swamp is created beneath you. If you take a look at the technique when Jiraiya used it, the swamp is almost created virtually instant. Which means, when you are creating the Nagashi, the swamp would have already formed. In case if you even channel nagashi through the swamp, It will only negate the A ranked earth chakra of the opponent present in the swamp. Which mean, Only the chakra is gone but the swamp is present. You will continue to sink in the swamp or most prolly got sunk completed by the time you channel Nagashi. This is how exactly I lost my first match in the Ninja World. So, be careful while using this technique! .

Scenario 2:

True, Wood is weak against lightning. So, when the wood projectiles approaches; due to the fact that they are C rank in strength, Nagashi will destroy them even thought the destructive power of nagashi is very less due to the rank difference. Also, Lightning release will just rip apart and break the wood release techniques. It wont heat up them.

Scenario 3:

In the above scenario, the wooden pillar are raising around you. Wood release techniques are pretty fast. You wont be having the time to gather the chidori current in your hand and channel it to the ground in order to stop the wood pillars around you. You ll be hit by that time. So, Instead as the wood pillars are raising, you can send the chirori current as an omnidirectional burst (short range) which will stop the wood pillars by neutralising the chakra present in them.

regarding your question, Once again I remind you, When you are trying the channel the Nagashi, you should gather the chidori current in your dormant hand and then channel it through the medium. Considering the fact that earth is weak towards lightning, no you cannot channel it though the earth spike that is approaching you from behind since you wont be able to place your hand on the spike and channel the current through it. On the other hand, You can release it as the omnidirectional blast in order to destroy the earth spike from behind. You can channel it through the ground to reach the opponent who is at mid range, or through water or you can channel it through the sword and throw it towards the opponent so that when the opponent get's hit by the sword, his body becomes numb and paralysed.

Ofc, you can use this technique in order to stop a technique before it happen is certain cases like the below technique.

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

In the above technique, as the gigantic pillars rise the ground under you will be shaking giving you a hint as a massive earth technique is going to approach from below. you can now channel the chidori current through the ground in order to nullify the earth chakra of the opponent that will be present below thereby stopping the technique from happening.

Regarding number one, I get that the Nagashi will strip the user of the swamp jutsu control over it meaning I would have to rely on other methods like hiding like a mole or throw a rope and handg it on a tree and get out. Uhm... at this point I think its okay for us to continue.

Now, All I need you to do is Perform the Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger hand seal and release a discharge of electricity!. After that, Manipulate that discharge and shape it into several lightning disks and shoot them at the opponent at great speed!. The sheer number of lightning disks the speed of the disks make the technique nice one to use in the battle!.

Almost a generic lightning technique!. Perform a small sequence of 3 hand seal and place your hands on the ground!. Now, send an enormous triangular shaped bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy!. The technique is very devastative such that it generates enough heat and power to destroy anything and everything in its path!. I would suggest to use this technique to attack an underground opponent!.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short – Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage points: 60 Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

One of my Favourite technique!. First, concentrate a lot of lightning chakra into your hand and compress it into a ball of lightning energy!. Something like a big Rasengan!. now, you can use this ball in two ways!. One is you can hurl it towards the opponent or thrust it forward in a melee attack!. The best part of the technique is that, When the ball hits the opponent, It expands into a massive lightning explosion!. Pretty nice one!.

Lightning Rat Violent Quake

This is a great example of a very offensive lightning jutsu. It takes its to its maximum with its lighting disks that not only have electrical discharges as they travel but also have the rotation speed which makes them dangerous because they immobilize and cut through what they are aimed at. but the problem with it is that since it requires hand seals to perform if another person uses one hand seal short compared to it. Or maybe the same or none... they will be able to repel it especially those quick B rank wind jutsus. So if the user wants it to have a real impact they must use it in short range.

Naori molds her lightning chakra and concentrates most of it to her upper half of her body. Performs a few hand seals and discharges electricity from all of her body. As the lightning discharges from her body she uses nature manipulation to rotates and change shape of some lightning surges to rotating disks that she sends to target. The clone senpai made gets destroyed by the disks as they cut up everything the clone threw at her.

Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Another one of those jutsus that base their attacks on teh ground which is annoying and yet useful if you are faced with jutsus like them. The thing is this jutsu is just an upgrade of the past jutsus that had a lower rank then it. Which is a good thing yeah because it comes with the bonus of that new shape manipulation change which is now to use a triangular like attack.

Naori is seen discharging a form of lightning like fang to the clone which the clone successfully evades by going underground after first using a wind jutsu to protect itself. Naori alarmed about this channels her lightning chakra and concentrates it to her right hand. She leans down to the ground while she slams her hand on the ground releasing countless bolts of lightning. As the bolts get discharged she uses shape manipulation and changes the shape to a triangle that she sent to the clone below the ground and melts through the earth while disrupting the earth chakra of the clone below.

Question 1:
Well the jutsu description says nothing about how you send the lightning to the target. my guess is for these type of jutsus I only would be able to send chakra forward in horizontal linear way. So since you talked about using it on an underground person can I use it and transfer the lightning vertically down or up? Also if it goes down how deeper can it go theoretically?

Lightning Release: Thunder Up

Wow I can see why its your favourite.. this justu really does perk a punch especially that explosion thingy in the end. What I think is might is that attack part. Since the user can choose what to do I think if I were to say I create an orb of lightning I can stop right there and not say anything until the next turn which I would do any of its variants which would put me on the advantage.. fantastic jutsu overall. Its a pretty quick technique, unlike chidori it doesn't require handseals, also it doesn't focus on particular part of body, making it capable of harming multiple organs.

Naori molds her spiritual and physical energy to create raw chakra which she transforms it to lightning. After that she proceeds which channeling it around her body and concentrates it to her dominant hand. She releases the chakra with that hand while with the other some chakra is released which she uses to manipulate the shape of the chakra to a giant orb of lightning. She dashes toward the clone senpai made and and hurls the lightning ball towards it which triggers a huge explosion as it makes contact with the clone while they are at mid range from each other.

NW threads get's deleted periodically as soon as the event gets over. Regarding your question, you can send the lightning only through the ground once after you place your hands on the ground. I mentioned that it can be used against the people who is underground because it causes massive damage to the ground as it progresses towards the opponent.

Now, the next one is a very nice and versatile technique with no hand seals. All you have to do is to create a whirling vortex of electricity around yourself that takes the form of a Dragon's head. It will grow and shoot forwards towards the opponent. It can even jump off from the vortex and hit a nearby target. Pretty versatile technique!.

The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

This is such a beautiful technique to use in battle. Gather up your Raiton chakra and perform the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals!. After that slam your hands on the ground and release the gathered massive amount of raiton chakra into the ground to pool beneath the opponent. After that release that lightning into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. Even though it is not specified like how big the column of lightning can be, I would say a max of 5-7 meter in diameter.

Thunder Dragon Tornado

Wow, this jutsu is just... you know its more wind then it is lightning. But I get that lightning also comes from violent wind storms. Since its made out a beast I think it can be used in two different ways. First since direct contact with the opponent is not required to attack because lightning can jump forward and attack the foe making it difficult to dodge. This means those lightning bolts can just attack from there. Secondly using it as a a beast it is by straight forwardly attacking the foe using its fangs and head.

As the clone charges towards Naori, she molds her lightning chakra and releases all of it over her body. She raises both her arms to stand horizontal and starts to rotate her hands as she makes use of shape manipulation to change the form of lightning to a vortex. As the vortex grows multiple lightning bolts of lightning and sounds of thunder are heard. The vortex takes the form of a dragon and she sends multiple lightning bolts to the enemy to strike them and uses the dragon to attack the clone which leaves a huge crater on the ground which the clone was destroyed as well.

Question 1:
Looking at how this jutsu looks and how it forms, does this mean this attack can be used only if my opponent is in front of me, and can't be used if opponent is at sideways or behind me?

Another hand seal and slam hand on the ground and channel chakra to the ground jutsu :|. Yeah I will admit that it has a minor difference that it makes a column of lightning to appear. I suppose the number of columns can be increased like make two which will make two B rank ones. Other then that I think its a great jutsu to use after cancelling an earth jutsu, that which you will not only counter an earth jutsu but also create a column of lightning as well. But using it is predictable due to requirement of slamming my hand on the ground to channel the chakra which most opponents will see what you are about to do.

Naori after listening to her senpai's description she channels her lightning chakra as the clone approaches from mid range. She channels her raiton chakra to both her hands, after performing these four hand seals she slams her palm on the ground and channels her lightning based chakra in the ground. Once she sees where senpai's clone is, she then releases powerful bolt lightning beneath her opponent using shape manipulation a column of lightning appears and effectively obliterates the clone making it disappear.

The next technique!. I need you to perform Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger hand seal and create a more powerful version of the four pillar bind by creating 16 giants pillars that grows around the opponent and encase him within a giant Cubic oven!. After that It's up to your imagination!. It's more often used in combo with Earth Release: Mud Fall and Fire release : Firing Biscuit! to roast your target!.

What I am asking is that since this jutsu you channel chakra to the ground like you do with mid range nagashi. Say I use the Telegram Flash jutsu when an opponent is using an A rank earth jutsu to attack me. As they channel earth chakra to the ground I slam my hand on the ground I do the Telegram Flash jutsu. Will my jutsu be successful meaning would it cancel the earth jutsu and create an weakened A rank column of lightning as well? Or it will just cancel the A rank jutsu and no column will be created?

Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

This jutsu reminds me of the biscuit jutsu and the weaker version of it that had 4 pillars I think. Well its a great jutsu to use alone but knowing you can do more with it just makes you unsatisfied if you use it alone. Since it uses these rods I think they are its weak point because if you take them out then the jutsu will be unsuccessful. Since this jutsu cannot deliver the final blow itself its best to use it in its original combo and hence can be used to completely annihilate the enemy.

Naori moves after hearing words from her sensei and quickly brings her hands together and then manipulates the lightning based chakra to form crackle of lightning around her hand. After enough amount of chakra has been gathered she makes several hand seals and slams her hands on the ground and releases the lightning through the ground. The lightning travels through the ground towards her opponent, she then splits it into multiple tendrils (typically, sixteen in this cases) and attacks her opponent from all six basic different direction. The somewhat cubic oven is formed and used to shock the clone sensei made and make him go poof.

That would be a no, since it would cause Time-frame issues. You will not know that the enemy has pooled earth chakra under you unless and until you have some sort of sensory ability. Even if you have it, you cannot react to that since pooling or gathering of chakra is not an offensive action and it will break the time-frame. In the previous scenario where I told about using Nagashi to cancel the rising pillars, The pillars will shake the ground as it rises, The shaking of the technique inticates the starting of the technique. Which means, In that case you can use Nagashi to stop the tecchnique before it emerges from the ground. But with this techinque, No you cannot nullify the chakra below you and then make it pool below the opponent to make a column of lightning.

Alright. Now here comes the most crucial lightning technique. Unlike the other lightning techniques in which you ll create your own lightning, You ll use the Natural lightning for this technique. In b4 performing this technique, It require the atmosphere to be heated up by atleast a B ranked fire technique.. Now, once the atmosphere is heated up, I need you to raise your hands and perform a chidori to take control over the lightning that will be created above by the thunderclouds. Shape the pure lightning into a Dragon and strike the opponent in the blink of an eye. There are lot of advantages to this technique. starting from massive damage produced by the technique, the speed of the technique is very fast such that only, absolute defense like the sussano or FTG techniques can be used to evade this technique. In order to perform this technique, you need to perform Chidori after creating the thunderclouds. hence, performing this technique will take up two jutsu slots. Very difficult to perform in a real battle.

(Raiton: Kirin) - Lightning Release: Kirin Rank: S Type: Offense Range: Mid-Long Chakra Cost: 70 Damage Points: 120 Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye. Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses. Note: Can only be used once per battle. Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky. Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

Now, this is the most useless and waste technique is the Jutsu list. I need you to perform the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger handseal and release a massive amount of lightning chakra which you use to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the body. This light can blind the enemy but the main use of this technique to cover a genjutsu that will be used in conjugation with this technique!. Since, you haven't mastered genjutsu, Just perform the technique alone. You can follow it up with any genjutsu upto A rank but you gotta have mastered the Genjutsu for that.

(Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar Rank: S Type: Supplementaty Range: Short-Long Chakra cost: 40 Damage points: N/A Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed. Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed Note: Can only be used once every three turns
