I then use an earth pillar to launch myself high enough to obtain the appropriate angle to release two lightning bolts from above the Typhoon Water Vortex. Therefore, right when you are dealing with the Typhoon Water Vortex, you suddenly see me in the sky releasing two lightning bolts at you.*
