Impossible to sound logical in choosing one w know Tsunade is a Gangsta but we also know the Mizukage has 2KG and she aint afraid to use them shitts I could say one or the other but I wouldn't want to sound like a jack ass. Besides after 5thH fought Oro and the 5M with Sasuke it would be wise to assume they have both developed or will develope a jutsu of countering the destruction they both faced in those fights, making them better than we could imagine at this point so I couldn't possibly make a rational choice.

That we know of, Tsunade is powerful she is a sannin and was able to successfully defeat Oro in ther battle even though Oro had limited use of his jutsu Tsunade hasn't shown all of her strengths yet so don't count the big boobies gambler out yet But I still would like to learn more before forming an educated guess

as what we have seen so far among these two characters, ima say it's gonna be MIZUKAGE. :|

Tsunade on the other hand hasn't showed us anything uber special that supports her title as a Sannin and a Hokage. ) wit jiraiya, we thought of him only having frog summons and frog ninjutsu and rasengans but never expected sage mode. so who knows about tsunade's unrevealed power.! ) i hope there is! oh pls. kishi! ) hahaah

Mizukage for now. Her acid ability is fairly deadly and Tsunade hasn't shown much to consider her able to deal with the Mizukage abilities. She'd have to launch an immediate assault to land that killer punch but even that wouldn't be a wise move. Tsunade's summon would come in handy though.
