Hyuga clan is among the strongest existing clan in konoha possessing The Byakugan, one of the 3 doujutsus as their kekei genkai. People born into the clan are genius and are known of their prowess in taijutsu. Example is Neji who was the best among his peers having beaten Lee everytime they fought and even the senseis aknowledged him.

Now lets move to the next one i supposed you are to lay emphasis on
"Byakugan" is one of the three doujutsu which the hyuga clan posses. It is said to be ready for activation as soon as they were born which is quite different from the sharingan which you have to activate to some certain circumstance or condition and rinnegan which we now know is the rearest of them but i won't dwell on that now and get back to topic.
Taking Neji, Hinata, Hanabi and other hyugas we've seen so far, their normal eyes are with no color but plain white and when they activate their byakugan, we see some features around and in the eyes like muscles bulging around it. Activation of byakugan has many stages so lets break it down bit by bit. Neji and Hinata: Hinata uses some set of handseals before activating her Byakugan which in relation to our rp now, you will be doing the same set of handseals as a fresh hyuga. However you will be able to activate your byakugan without any handseals once you've mastered and kept it for a month.

Now to its abilities,

1.you can view/zoom upto 50m as a fresh hyuga but you will be able to see more as you become more adept.
2. Neji vs Kidomaru as a course study, Byakugan grants you 360 field of vision "except" a small circular spot on the lower thoraxic vertebra on the back neck. Neji could be wounded because of this and this is one of the weakness of the Byakugan
3. With the byakugan, even fresher or a master, you can see through object and matter itself, you won't be blinded by flash lights, smokescreens and solid objects. The best of this is that you can see the chakra pathway, chakra itself and even color of chakra, hidden barriers and its just awesome. A downside to this as seen in Neji vs Naruto is you can't differentiate a shadow clone from its original as they would have equal amount of chakra but you can know and see through transformation(henge) except zetsus.
Because of this as you can see even your own chakra system, you can detect if you are in a genjutsu as genjutsu disrupts your chakra then with byakugan you will know the enthropy in your chakra system ^^

Byakugan is the reason why Hyugas can use their famed lethal weapon known as the jyuken. As the saying goes. "you don't want to get too close to an Hyuga" yes its true just because of their Hand to Hand combat called "Gentle Fist".
With the ability to see the chakra pathway via the byakugan, an Hyuga is able to inflict damage on the chakra pathway which contains chakra points also known as tenketsus. You see, this tenketsus are points that control the way our chakra system behaves. Gentle fist focuses on inserting chakra into a ninja's chakra pathway in order to damage it or stop chakra flow or increase chakra flow since the tenketsu can be closed and opened too. Hyuga have great chakra control and are able to mold chakra into its tiny form then insert it with precision through their palms to damage nodes and organs. Unlike strong fist taijutsu, gentle fist uses a more subtle striking force as they focus more on injecting chakra with precision to deal internal damge. Long story short, we will be examining every gentle fist move as a whole.

Okay now lets learn you how to use your Byakugan for the first time.

First of all i want you to activate your Byakugan by making these set of handsigns (Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) while channeling chakra into the eyes. Your byakugan should activate if you are truly an Hyuga.

Then i want you to complete the following task.

Scenerio 1: I make several clones and mixes with them. Identify me by hurling a kunai at the real me, if I poof away then you hit a clone, if i block then its me since i won't want you to kill me, will I?

Scenerio 2: I put you under an illusion where you see many clones of me appear before you. Now without attacking any of them. Identify you are under an Illusion using your byakugan. Quite simple is it?

Scenerio 3: 4 of my clones are scattered around you 50meters away at every angle wearing tags of different colors. Now we kill two bird with a stone. I want you to fish them out by naming their bearing(location) and the name of the tag color they wear without turning you head or moving an inch. (hint: zoom and you have 360 field of vision)

Scenerio 4: I stand before you, how many tenketsu(chakra nodes) do I have? Then try and view my anatomy and you should be able to see everything. Now name 5 organs in which you can hit and can cause fatal damage to me(don't hit me yet)

Last Scenerio: I would be attacking and i want you to defend.

1. *throws a flash light behind me so you are blinded then i hurl 3 kunais with explosiive tag towards your mid-section.

2. I run through to your left and detonates several smoke bombs and now as i move through the shadow of the smokescreen, i approach from your back to stab you from the back of the neck.

Listening to his instructor, Luigi does exactly as he says and performs the Horse → Tiger lifting the index. He then performs the fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight. As this is happening, he sends his chakra into his eyes, thus activating his Byakugan.

Scenario 1:

With his byakugan activated, Luigi surveys the area. With his byakuga, he notices several copies of his teacher. Knowing that these are most likely clones, Luigi looks for the one with the most chakra running through the body. He also looks for the one with organs as Clones don't have organs, they are just chakra. Noticing this, Luigi throws a kunai, attacking the person to the far right, right behind a clone standing diagonally.

Scenario 2:

With the byakugan activated, Luigi suddenly notices several clones appeared. Luigi begins to think he didn't hear the poof of the clones begin created or seeing his teacher create clones. Though this seems like something that has been done before Luigi pays no attention to this. Suddenly, Luigi feels hungry so he looks towards his stomach. With the byakugan active, he notices a weird chakra, somewhat foreign. Knowing his chakra distinctly, Luigi notices that this chakra is surging into his brain, thus placing him in this illusion. He has now come to the conclusion that he was placed under an illusion. Using the byakugans powers, Luigi performs one handseal, using release to release him from he genjutsu.

Scenario 3:

Using the telescopic vision of his Byakugan, Luigi uses it to focus on his opponents. Looking towards the right at 43 meters and 45 degrees, he notes a clone with a red tag. He doesn't move because the byakugan allows him to have a 359 field of view. He then positions his eyes to the left at a 78 degree angle, noting that it is 32 meters away from him wearing a blue tag. he then goes on to find the last two clones that his instructor has said. Using the byakugan again, he looks south exactly at 87 degrees 27 meters away he notes a clone with a clone with a green tag. Finally for the last clone, Luigi looks to the north, exactly 20 degrees, thus allowing him to find the last clone, exactly 50 meters away from him wearing a black tag.

Scenario 4:

Using the byakugan, Luigi is able to see your body and its chakra flow. With this, he notices exactly 4 chakra rods surrouning your arms. Two in the right sleeve and two in the left. He then goes on to do the second part of your statement. With the byakugan, He notes the major organs that will deal fatal damage. He then looks and notes the Lungs, the large intestine, kidney, Bladder and last but not least the brain. He would target the lungs first as they are where his oxygen goes and is diffused through to the blood. The heart will be next as he needs it to pump blood, and if there is no blood, you will die. The brain would be the next to attack as the brain controls most of the functions win the body. Without the brain you wouldn't be able to comprehend. The kidney will do as it would not allow some of you needed fluids to escape. Also with the large intestine, you will not receive the nutrients you want and need.

Scenario 5:

With his byakugan activated, as the flash goes off, knowing the kunai are coming as he can still see, Luigi grabs his katana deflecting them. He then rotates his body 76 degrees, and tries his best to protect his blind spot. With the byakugan's tracking, as the smoke bombs go to the ground, he hears the sound and rotates to that area. He then notices your chakra as you dash towards him and drop into a low stance, holding the Katana parallel to his body, thus allowing him a firm grip ans places the katana perpendicular to the kunai forcing it out your hand.

Her facial expression gives way to her toughts "what took you so long?..oh! This would be a very long walk"
Now that her student had activated his byakugan, she stands and readies herself for the scenerios.

She continues " Now lets see your performance in the scenerios which we would analyse one at a time.

1. *You throw your kunai and sorry, a clone poofs*
You actually failed this section as its just a test to know if you really are following my previous posts.
I already said it that byakugan can't differentiate shadow clones, reason being that making shadow clones would divide your remaining chakra equally so you are wrong saying I have more chakra than my clones. Also shadows clones takes the whole physical feature of the original as it can be seen in the anime where even Neji could not distinguish Naruto from his clone. Naruto's clone are seen choking(Deidara's ordeal) meaning they have internals also one of Naruto's clone bleed and what would that mean? Though a full x-ray of shadow clones is not seen but its just simple logic.

Nel moves the next scenerio and begin to analize it.

2. Its all good till I see this "Luigi feels hungry so he looks towards his stomach".
Well, depending on the situation, you might not want to say that orelse you will be godmodding. Since i'm not attacking you, I would have had you say something like "Mezmerised with the amount of clones you made, I bring my right hand forward so has to touch a nearby clone and discovered from my hand's chakra network, a disorderliness in my chakra flow" though going hungry may do it since you have being training since but you have to make it more firm by being more descriptive about what makes you go hungry.
And you don't need to see if chakra is going to your brain to know you are in a genjutsu, seeing your disturbed chakra is enough.

3: I don't see any fault here really apart from the zooming part. You did not explain how you zoom and if you are to check another angle, its only normal you try and adjust your focus by either zooming in or out since the distances are not all the same.

4. the first part was a misconception from your side. i asked for chakra nodes and not rods. chakra nodes are also called tenketsus and I believe I've already talked about it. We have a total of 361 on our body and we'll be working on them next.

And Lastly, the battle scenerio,
1. i beleive you just died though you passed the main test I want you to. I already explained you can see through matter itself so I want to know if you are really following. Yes you can still see even if the light would blind most eyes and your only fault, is defending. If you had been careful you could have easily seen the explosive tags I wrapped around the kunais.

2. Nice one here also as you can also see through smokes and you defended well too. Great!

Talking about versatility. Its up to you, you can just be creative and give even the simplest of jyuken technique a wide and broad view or just do the technique as it is.. ^^

Before we open the scrolls, I want you to practise how to hit with the palm so i want you do normal palm strikes on few trees until each of them fall. No chakra enhancement(this is not jyuken yet but a preparation), just gentle palm strikes^^

Looking at the tree, Luigi bends his knees into the traditional stance and stretch his palms outward. This was similar to his Kung Fu training. Luigi then thrust his right hand, hitting the tree to the right side, then thrust his left hand, hitting the tree on the left. Luigi then continues to do this saying "Right, left, right left" continuously.

Looking at the tree, Luigi bends his knees into the traditional stance and stretch his palms outward. This was similar to his Kung Fu training. Luigi then thrust his right hand, hitting the tree to the right side, then thrust his left hand, hitting the tree on the left. Luigi then continues to do this saying "Right, left, right left" continuously.

Nel wakes up 3 days later on her bed and remembers her student, she quickly dresses up and makes way to the training ground only to get there to see there are no more trees.

Hmm...Good "Now you will be training under the sun".

Simply making 16 subtle palm strike while hitting 16 tenketsus. When I say hitting the tenketsu, its not your palm thats hitting it but the sharp chakra from your palm/finger tips(mostly middle and index), you palm/fingers is only making contact with the body.

I then go to execute the technique, by striking the opponents chakra points tempararily closing them allowing me to come up with a faster move.

* What you think of it. Have you a better way of using it creatively?: Well i can paralyze the opponent then use this, locking several chakra networks.

Lungs, heart, livier and Large intestine.
* When and what situation you are likely to utilize them: I would use when the opponent gets very clone, and i want to make a quick move
* What you think of it. Have you a better way of using it creatively?: I would strike with raition first, then use this to injur the part of the body that has taken the most damage

hmmm..

For the first jutsu, your description on how you perform it is way too dunno. You expunge your chakra before spining, that is when you can then create a spining dome. If you do it the way you stated which is spin before releasing chakra from your nodes then you won't get a regular dome.
You are right about the situation but also put in mind that this can also be used to push back an opponent say if he's coming with a drop kick or something, sword slash.
And lastly, you are right about being weak to almost all elemental jutsu except E-ranks.

2ndly, I'll like to correct you on a misconception i made, apparently this only hits the tenketsu of the heart and will do damage but is not totally fatal. The one hyashi used is a blunt chakra burst which would rupture the heart completely and we'll get to that.
I didn't pitch my clone against you, I only asked you to give a comprehensive details on how you'll do it.
You will aim at the heart and not any other tenketsu ^^
and you'll need the opponent to be quite open to be able to execute this. You can kick start with some taijutsu or jyuken then when an opening shows up, you can quickly go for the blow.
This won't lock several chakra networks except you are closing gates which we would come to but will stop chakra flow to and from the heart. Although there is a gate situated at the heart but lets not get to that now.
Its simple, the disadvantage is getting the opportunity of the opponent opening up which is quite difficult.

For the third and last, you should hit the tenketsus and not the organs, the organs are not in any way damage only the tenketsus are closed and would give a burnt apearance.
My advise is that since you are only closing 16 tenketsu. You aim the tenketsus around the hands and arms so the opponent won't be able to use jutsus that require hands as they won't be able to mold chakra with their arms and hands.

This is a seires of palm strikes where you will block 64 tenketsus so you chose wisely. Note: you won't give the opponent a breathing space once you begin the strike so the jabs runs concurrently at a very fast pace, though the first strike would disturb the opponent's chakra that he won't be able to react until you are finished closing 64 tenketsus. Opponent can't mold chakra at all for one turn, why?
