For example Uchiha clan has fire release as their first and foremost element.
You must be registered for see images

Only pure member from senju clan that we have known so far are Tobirama and Hashirama. Tobirama is master in water release but Hashirama is in wood release. But since we know that Yamato has mokuton as well and he combined water and earth together to make wood, so i think it is not farfetch that Hashirama primary element is water and he must be insane water user in order to make a forest of wood.
So Senju clan primary element is more likely water release.

One more clan that come to my mind is Namikaze clan. This one is just pure assumption but both Naruto and his father has wind element. Also the crucial point here is "Namikaze", the meaning behind this word is god of wind (even tho it is translated wind and wave, but when the word come together it means god of wind)
So logically, Namikaze clan represent wind release.

Please share your discover, anime or manga doesnt matter :lol

Not all clans have specialty in an element(s). A clan is a clan because it has special attributes... alongside Katon (and Yin inheritance), the Uchiha possessed the Sharingan gene, were very battle adroit and had especially strong spiritual energy.

The Senju's special trait aside from their large stamina and strong physical energy, was their mastery over all manner of shinobi arts. (Yang inheritance)

The Namikaze aren't a clan.

The Sarutobi Clan's special attributes were Katon Hiden, alongside being strong in both will and power.

The Uzumaki Clan's special attributes were red hair and a strong life-force.

we are only talk about elements here, not other trait.

Also Kamikaze is Minato's clan name as asian culture said so, even if bastard or orphan will take the clan name of who raised them. Mean there is always clan in asian, unless you suggest that Minato is an orphan.

Last time I checked, Yamato didn't learn wood release, he was just a successful experiment of Orochimaru.

He isn't naturally able to use mokuton but he indeed possesses both earth and water and combines them to form mokuton.
Mokuton is still a KKG so no ordinary scrub can use it

Yup, that's why he was an experiment. Only two possible ways of obtaining wood kkg is either your born with the reqs to have it or be an experiment.

A clan is just a familial line. A clan doesn't have to be like the Uchiha or Sarutobi to be a clan. There were a bunch of non ninja in the Uchiha clan, not every member of a family needs to be a ninja to make that family a clan.

I don't think every clan has a particular element

Namikaze is a family name, not a clan name. In East nor West are all families clans. Clans are distinct because they're much larger and have a longstanding heritage and tradition. Ex:

Ninomiya Kazunari - Kazunari being a family name.
Tsunenari Tokugawa - Tokugawa being a clan name.

They do have to be like Uchiha or Sarutobi. They have a specific heritage, and specifically within NV, you don't have to be a ninja to be in a clan. (Though I can't think of anyone in the Uchiha who were stated to not have been shinobi at some point).

But the main point is that there isn't a family of Namikaze anywhere. It can't really be considered a Clan, despite whose a ninja or not, when there's no one in it.

Tokugawa is still the family name it just so happens that the Tokugawa family has a longer lineage. The lineage from the first Kazunari to the last is the clan of Kazunari. Clans grew spheres of influence by marrying into other clans so eventually you'd have many family names under one clan name, just because you are part of the Tokugawa clan doesn't necessarily mean you have Tokugawa blood.

What we call family is referred to as clans or tribes in the historical sense. I don't know that any of the Uchiha women were shown to know ninjutsu, I thought I remembered a panel somewhere mentioning that most weren't fighters or something during the murder maybe not.

Just because Kishi never bothered to expand on Minato's family doesn't mean he was the last Namikaze. It would have been mentioned like how Sasuke was being referred to as the last Uchiha.

In Japan as elsewhere, there has always been a major distinction between "family" (家庭) and "clan" (部族). And just as elsewhere, the distinction between someone holding a family name and a clan name is still distinct. There is no such thing as the Kazunari Clan and there never has been; Ninomiya is his family name, and there's never been a Ninomiya Clan either - it's a generic family name. He comes from an ordinary family.

Tokugawa is a clan family name, and being apart of it, Tsunenari will have some of the blood, no matter how little. What sets clans apart from family is heritage and status. These are both things that are shown in Naruto (Clans have history and special abilities, and some are titled "noble clans".) It's like aristocracy here in Britain. There are other certain concepts more exclusive to clans but they're left best unmentioned...

Well we know that Mikoto was Jounin at some point before becoming a mother.

When was it proven that Namikaze aren't a clan.

OT: everythings a case by case basis some clans have elemental affinities and some don't. I think more than anything you elemental affinity is decided by a genetic basis.
