Description: The user gather a large amount of Raiton chakra into their hand.. then the user will do two handseals and put his hand out infromt of him and releases a large circular beam of lightening that can cut throught most objects
Note: can only be used twice per battle
Note: Can not use any A ranked jutsu for two turns after using this

Okay that Technqiue will be trained in a three part process part one I want you to gather up ration chakra into your right arm

Okay good now place you right hand out Nd then force all the chakra into your hand and then for step three I want you to release the chakra but as you release it I want you to shape it into a circluar beam

-Forces all the raiton-based chakra to my arm and pushes it out of my arm, as it is being released i use shape manipulation to change the shape of the lightning into a beam that i launch forward and cut buildings down and-
