Alright. You pretty much send fire chakra below the enemy and it erupts up in a tree like piller of fire. It's like the lava creator jutsu except it's higher rabk and should be hardet to counter.
Question would be could o combo it with swamp of the underworld?

I never tried the swamp phoenix tree attacks. Actual quite good if you meant combining them for a pseudo lava tech because swamp is bottomless/massive so when this erupts it could force the swamp up along with it increasing it to a high S rank attack. Since this a custom combination you would have to try it out and hope it goes well but I think its possible. xD Also people get caught up on the mid-long thing. It doesn't hurt you because...you're short range of yourself. So yeah anything mid-long range of you is effected.
As for your wind wheel tech its useful to get close to an enemy while defending yourself. (watch out for fir jutsu 0_0) but you can always jump out of the wind wheel to dodge while still sending it forward. Good defense, attack, and maneuverability. (LOL, you disliked my wind CJ) xD

Note: can’t use any jutsu while inside the wheel.
note: Goes fast enough to knock away incoming weapons and doesn't increase the users speed the wheel being able to move the user around does not increase his speed. And throwing it it goes as fast as a normal weapon goes when thrown ( the same speed as lets say a kunai.)
