Now, the next technique is a defensive technique designed for us The goal is to move your whip around your body, by moving your arm around your head, to create a protective dome around your body, while at the same time you focus your chakra into the whip, triggering a genjutsu upon your opponent. This genjutsu causes your opponent to see you move around the whip once before you let it rest again. Then as you move forwards, your opponent thinks your still standing in the same spot, you close the gap and as you within reach (depending on your whip) you will flick the whip around their neck, strangling his and chocking him to death
1. let say if my whip can reach up to mid range, so can I use the whip to choke my opponent the moment I am done defending against his attack?
2. Does the opponent while under the genjutsu see us defending from his attack, or not?
3. If I stop moving my whip thus stop producing sound will the genjutsu end then and there or will the opponent stay under it effect for a given amount of time.
1. yes, if your whip is long enough to reach you can choke them, although my whip will rip their throat apart, if not kill them
2. He won't see you defending, but it's kinda obvious if you throw weapons and for no reason they deflect in mid air, that suggests something smells fishy.
3. I'm not sure, I would say he stays under the effects since the genjutsu isn't broken, but since the movement of forming the dome and then attacking would be a continuous one you would produce sound the whole time.
4. It's mainly focused on vision, but affects hearing as well, to a lesser extend.
Any more questions?
(Hoippu Geijutsu: Indiana no Hanketsu ) | Whip Arts: Indiana's Judgement
Type: Attack/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: This technique is the ultimate defence of a Whip Art Master. The user will spin his whip, while focusing chakra in it, rapidly around his body, creating an impenetrable dome around him. While moving creating the dome, the sound will trigger a genjutsu upon the opponent. The genjutsu itself if simple, instead of seeing the user moving around his whip constantly, the opponent will only see the whip being moved around once before the user seemed to rest the whip again by his side, while standing in the same position. In reality, the user will continue the move the whip around while moving forwards, and as the user comes within hitting distance from the opponent, he will flick the whip forwards and catch the opponent around the neck, effectively strangling or killing them, depending on the kind of whip the user carries.
Note: Can only be user twice per battle
Note: Can deflect any B-Rank or lower Elemental technique's, but the technique is broken
Note: Can deflect any A-Rank or lower Taijutsu and Kenjutsu technique's (except EIG technique's)
Note: The genjutsu breaks the moment the whip stops moving.
Note: Requires Hoippu Geijutsu training
Note: Can only be taught by -Severus Snape-

(Hoippu Geijutsu: Surīpu Byūtī) Whip Arts: Sleeping Beauty
Type: Offensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user cracks his whip towards the opponent and hit him diagonally over the chest (or any other body part that comes in its way). Upon the physical contact, a small amount of the users chakra will go trough the whip, into the opponents body, placing him under a B-Ranked genjutsu. A turn after being hit by the whip, the opponent will start to feel a slight tingling where he is hit, and this tingling feeling will spread over the next two turns until his uppe/lover body is completly numb, depending on where being hit. This numb feeling will continue until the opponent dispels the genjutsu he is placed in.
Note: Requires Hoippu Geijutsu training
Note: Can only be taught by -Severus Snape-
Okay a great tech to be used and I would use it while shouting out loud " Itchy Itchy powder Whip xD" so as to fool them. The fact that it is a slow progressing jutsu gives it a real touch and after two turns opponent body becomes completely numb (obviously the effected part) this in turn helps us in landing the final blow, during those two turns the itching increases and I am pretty sure it makes it hard for the opponent to fight, right?
Questions.
1. Let's say I hit the waist area so will it effect the upper half or lower half?
