(Hyouton: Aisuu~ēbu)-Ice Release: Ice Wave

Description: The user makes four hand seals and stomps there foot on the ground. As they do so, they make a large 'wave' of icicles appear out of the ground, which are in turn directed at a target. The icicles are positioned so that the tips are pointed directly at the target. The icicles are extremely sharp and dense. The wave measures to be around 3 meters tall and 8 meters wide.
Note: Can only be used twice per match.
Note: No S-Rank or above Ice Jutsu next turn.
Note: Must wait three full turns before using again.

Release chakra into the ground, and upon doing so, manipulate a vast wave of icicles to erupt from the ground in front of you. The icicles will be quite sharp and large in number. As stated in the description, this wave is 3 meters tall and 8 meters wide. The icicles are in the shape of a wave, and there are thus a few layers of icicles. The waves will move at your target with a good amount of force. Go ahead and try it.

Haku listens to the insurrections and turns around making the four hand seals shown to him He then focuses his water chakra into the ground spiking it and makes a few rows of this spiking water spreading it across the inside of the ground deep enough to go 3 meters upwards and 8 meters across when it comes out, then with his wind chakra he freezes the water into thousands of icicles Haku then forces the ice to the surface in the shape of a wave The wave continues until it crash's into the trees in the distance.

Is that right?
