ok, one more thing about this tech. This technique is pretty fast. It shoots pillars at cannon speed, which is actually quite fast. The whole process of technique take same time as any other average technique would take i.e. from shooting of pillars to covering them in wind and then shooting it down on enemy takes time as any other technique would take.

I'm really sorry to have to ask the question again but I did not recieve anything on msn xd

Well then answer is; yes you can. As long as your enemy isn't at the height of 50+ meters you can attack him by shooting the pillars. Be it 1m or 10, you can. So you can also hit flying birds/summons or anything.
