I'm guessing I'm the swordsman, and you're the politician?

*I begin by charging my lightning chakra into my hands, readying myself to release the energy in the from of several orbs of lightning. After taking rough aim around the training dummy I release six orbs in total from both my hands, making them appear to miss the dummy and instead float around it. I then cause the orbs to spin around rapidly before they all slam into the dummy, exploding on impact.
How was that?

Begin by channelling your earth chakra into your shoulder blades, which you'll then use to 'grow' two extra arms made of Doton chakra. These will look similar to your real arms and once formed will be integrated into your chakra network so you can use them as you would your arms.
Just don't use Chidori Nagashi whilst this is active... other-wise your arms will disintegrate. O__O'

Description: Charging their Doton chakra into their back, the user will use their chakra to 'grow' two extra arms from their shoulder blades. These arms are slightly longer than the users original arms in such a way that all four wrists are in line when holding each of their arms out in front of them. These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, they also become incorporated into the users chakra network, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only be used four times,
- The arms remain for three turns or until the user cancels the jutsu,
- As the earth chakra is only requires to initially create the arms, incorporating them temporarily into the users chakra network, the user is able to perform all jutsu as per normal with the exceptions of full body lightning jutsu.

- I concentrate doton chakra into my shoulders and use shape manipulation to form two arms. I then stand there with them looking constipated trying to imitate the picture. I notice that I can move them just like my other arms. To test it out, I make a downward slash with a katana, using all four arms. They do a lot more damage than normal.-
Could've done without the life-scarring picture though. If I have nightmares, you'll never hear the end of it. O_____<
