So anyway moving along. First we'll start with Chakra Cannon it's relatively simple gather a vast amount of chakra into your index finger. Build up a decent amount of chakra holding it back like a flood gate then imagine a trigger in your mind and pull it tightly opening the flood gate releasing the chakra as a blast that can send an opponent flying back breaking bones and doing some minor damage. Take into account that it's just basic chakra, therefor it does suffer the drawbacks of being just raw unmolded chakra. Since you do not have to mold it and simply have to channel it, it can be pulled off much faster then say a jutsu that requires change of nature or form. Try it out and get off of me o_o'
how fast? can i just point and shoot? that fast?

See's howard and his explaning of things, I gather my raw chakra un molded into my index finger. I point at you adn then shoot it off with immense condensed power. Head towards your way and hits you... breaks bones fool!

It takes about 2-3 seconds to charge and fire, then for travel time it's about as fast as any other chakra blast or projectile giving the opponent time to defend unless pulled off in close range. Check the spoiler for the basis of the tech.
*As you begin charging chakra into your finger aimed at me I do the same and a fraction of a second after release your blast of chakra I release mine. They simply clash taking each other out leaving us both unaffected.*

Well we're even now, so you'll have to teach me a CJ to get another. It's the law of equivalent exchange. Human-kind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost.

Creates clone..
Perform hand seals <insert hand seals here> then induce a genjutsu on my clone so that he loses abilities of his sharingan. HE won't be able to see with his 3T or use any sharingan genjutsu, however he doesn't know that his sharingan is deactivated, he continuous to see as if he has the sharingan but in reality you see his eyes are normal!

Description: The user will string a series of three hand seals and then cast the genjutsu on the opponent, disrupting their chakra within their brain. The chakra will act as a regulator while it is in the opponents brain, regulating the brain waves / signals that controls their KG. When under this genjutsu and the opponent tries to use their KG abilities, the chakra that is placed will simply disrupt the flow of that chakra to render their ability useless. When used against a dojutsu user like the sharingan, the sharingan user will not be able to use his sharingan's abilities. However, the opponent will see an illusion that their abilities are working perfectly normal everytime they try to use their abilities. For example, when a sharingan user has his 3T or MS active, they will see an illusion that they still have it active. Though from the perspective of the person who casted the illusion they will only see regular eyes and not the sharingan. An ice user that creates ice through their KG will see the technique form, however from the perspective of the person that set the illusion, nothing is formed as the opponent will not be able to do so.
Note: Only able to use once

Along the same lines as Chakra Cannon what you'll need to do is gather a vast amount of chakra instead of into a single finger gather a large amount into your back and like before release it all at once. This time as you release the chakra manipulate it to take on the form of a large bird that can swoop down slamming into an opponent crushing their bones from the sheer force and sending them down onto the ground. It easily has enough force to cause considerable damage and unlike the Chakra Cannon where no change in shape is used you mold this chakra meaning it stands up to and can take on elemental jutsu of the same rank (much like that of Rasengan) a human dwarfs in comparison to the large chakra construct.

I gather an enormous amount of chakra and then release it all at once from my back. I mold it into a shape of a bird that stands fairly tall. It gets directed towards Howard O__O and swoops in and to hit him from the front. THe massive force behind it shall injure him considerably.

Now never use them against me again and I'll do the same with your jutsu
*As you relese the chakra and it takes form I do the same. Mine happens a bit after yours so as your construct is comming down on me mine is rising up, they class and cancel out.*

It works much in the same way the Chakra Cannon jutsu works in that it is made of pure chakra. The Condor is roughly shaped and almost looks like just a mass of chakra that is released out of the user's back and formed into the silhouette of a bird. It puts strain on the user's body enough to restrict basic Ninjutsu for the next turn.
