Water Style: Hidden Dragon Claw [Suiton: Kakusare Ta Doragon No Tsume]

Description: The user will channel his/her suiton chakra into their feet then channel it from their feet under the ground, they then form it into a dragon like claw that is roughly the size of a grown adult, the user then rises the claw from underground and hits the opponent with the claws causing a deep cut on the both of the opponents arms and the opponents chest.
ok so to start focus and channel your water chakra into your feet then channel it directly under the ground now form this into water chakra into a huge dragon claw that is roughly the size of a full grown man. Rise this claw from underground and hit the opponent (Wooden Dummy) and cause deep cuts on both of the arms and the opponents chest.
Post aAdvantages & Disadvantages and also state a way to use this jutsu in a combo.

Advan- Can go all ranges. Also it comes up from underground so it can be used as a snick attack.
Dis- Straight forward technique. Must have focus towards the water so you can't send attack after attack starting with this jutsu.

I would use a flash bomb to blind the opponent then use the technique to catch the opponent off guard. Since its underground they won't expect it.
