Castiel walks up to one of his old students, this student was going to learn one of Castiel's personal techniques.
"So, I'm teaching you Pinpoint Shockwave? Lets get down to it."
(Fūton: Seikaku Bakufū) Wind Release: Pinpoint Shock-wave
Type: Offensive

Description:
The user will perform the seals Dog → Rat → Monkey, then the user gathers a small, but intense amount of wind chakra in their fingertips, usually the index and middle finger. Then, the user gives their target a single tap. Upon contact, the wind chakra is released all at once and slams into the target, causing impact damage and sending them flying back. The user can jab their finger deeper to cause even more damage than normal and can use two hands to double the effects.
Pretty how this works, you have to be close to the person obviously. You perform the hand seals, and gather a small amount of wind chakra in your index and middle fingers, you then will proceed to give your target a single tap anywhere on their body. All your wind chakra will be released from your finger tips, causing damage to there body, but the force of the power will send them flying back also.
Good thing about this technique is that, you can jab your fingers deeper into the said persons body to cause more pain.
Also, you can use two hands to double the effects, but remember one hand counts as one of the three moves in battle.

After your orders are given, I immediately start building my wind nature chakra. Next I form the 3 hand seals shown to me by Castiel. I then channel the chakra, that I have built into my index and middle fingers. "I will then proceed by using it on a clone." I then tap the clone's shoulder with my index finger and next I then release the chakra from my index finger and I also retained causing the clone to be damaged and thrown back due to the proximity of the impact of this powerful wind jutsu. With a smile on my face I say: "This technique is just amazing, thank you once again for teaching it to me old friend!"
Advantages:
Is able to do good damage while at the same time, you are distancing yourself from the opponent when used in short range.
Disadvantages:
The hand seals, well forming them in a close-combat engagement would make things pretty difficult. Pretty much any jutsu that relies on you getting in close range is an issue in itself.

It's simple; all you have to do is get in close, gather your ration chakra in your hand, which you prefer you will then proceed to strike my clone in the solar plexus; blasting your chakra into my clones back, like a strong shock blast, while that is happening the clones chakra will be forced out of his body, leaving him in pain, and also paralyzed.
This technique can always be used to strike any other part of the body, but more damage will be dealt if you use to strike the solar plexus.
It does push somewhat some chakra out, it does 40 damage so I would think it would push about 20 or so worth of chakra out of the target's body.

Description:
The user will conducting Lightning Chakra in his hand and then palming the opponent in the solar plexus which is the weakest point in the body, and blasting his chakra through them in a sort of concussive blast while forcing the opponents chakra out of their body. It can also partially paralyze other parts of the body when struck.

This technique can always be used to strike any other part of the body, but more damage will be dealt if you use to strike the solar plexus.
It does push somewhat some chakra out, it does 40 damage so I would think it would push about 20 or so worth of chakra out of the target's body.
And, by the force of the hit, and by using lighting chakra; hitting the solar plexus being the weakest point of the body. The lighting chakra travels in from the point of entry to outside. The pressure of getting hit, and focusing your lighting chakra in such away pushes the chakra out.

That's one of the coolest techniques that I have seen for short range. It's the perfect thing that I needed for my arsenal to be honest with you! I just love it. As I like to say "Simple but sexy." xD Pretty much you explained everything yourself and I love the use of it, I even know how I'm going to use it in the future.
I have some questions though and they are:
1) Is one able to use this technique as a combination with taijutsu? I mean it like this: powerful fist technique (taijutsu one) plus this lighting release technique will deal some damage right?
2) It's a pretty obvious question, but I want to make sure that I got everything right. Can one use this technique on objects, other than a human body?

1. Yes you can, but of course if you use a taijutsu technique you have to post of them.

Well people should learn to deal with it cause the description states that you cover your hand with lighting sooooo if any rp mod comes to you because one of your students used your technique that way it will totally not be because of le me xd

I am going to disappointed you with the lack of detail I am going to put into this, because I just can't top your wallies.
So it's a swan made out of water. = Nailed it. But no, it is a swan made out of that sticky water shiz, it is bigger then a normal ninja. Your target can become trapped in the swan, which is neat. You can also made smaller versions of the swan, each of them a B-rank which is top. And the best thing I like about this technique is that, you can make the explode a any given time.
All in all 9/10. I like this technique ALOT. s
Suiton: Kandai Hakuchō no Serenāde | Water Release: Serenade of the Magnanimous Swan

Range: Short/Medium/Long
Chakra: 30 (+5 chakra cost for the explosion)
Damage: 60 (N/A if it explodes)
Description: The user will perform two handseals and afterwards he is going to expel a large creature from his mouth, in the form of a gigantic swan composed out of sticky water (thrice the size of an average shinobi); the water has very dense, viscous and adhesive quality similar to that of Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field. After the landing of the swan, the user will simply smash it against his target (e.g. a human body or a summoning) with great blunt force. The sticky water will stick to the target’s body, enveloping the whole body, leaving no openings. While covered in the sticky water, the covered body/object cannot move at all, because the sticky water is heavy/sticky and therefore the target is trapped in it; hence becomes a target of lighting release techniques. To signify this, not only that the target is trapped but also the affected body/object will drown due to the great amount of sticky water that he/it has been enveloped in. Furthermore, the most charming thing about this particular water release technique is that the user can expel out several swans, up to two, yet smaller (size of a regular shinobi). If the user decides to spit out two swans, each swan will be equal to B rank. The technique itself has also one more final use. The user, after spitting out the swan(s), can anytime cause the actual made out of sticky water swan(s) to explode thus will release a very large quantity, in the form of a sticky swamp, covering the area around the region in which the swan(s) had exploded. The released sticky swamp cannot rip through most obstacles (e.g. humans, solid objects etc) in its path and therefore its use doesn't serves to obliterate the target but to, upon contact, stick the sticky water to the target thus making the movements of the target heavier. To cause the technique to explode the user can snap his finger no matter in what range he is located.
