I concentrate and channell my Chakra around my Body, i wait for you to get to close range and use Nature Transformation and my Yang in-order to "create" Lightning-Raiton from the Chakra. I slowly release it as i manipulate it and move it below you, i use Shape Manipulation and create a Vertical Colume of Lightning that has a High Frequency and can only be seen as a glow around you, it rises up quickly from the earth and shocks you, doing an amount of Damage.

Not bad, but you did not mention two things:
1) I did not see you slamming your hands once you created your lightning as focused it into your hands.
2) I did not see you release it along the ground.
