We can start with mine;

[Doton: Seis Fleur Kuracchi] Earth Release: Six Flower Clutch
Type: Attack
Rank: A
Range: Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes six arms appear out of a vertical portal behind the opponent ; two grab an opponent's legs and makes them fall backwards. Two pairs hold the foe up at their back, and a pair grabs his upper body. The pairs at the upper body and legs pull, cracking the foe's back.
Note:
♦ Can be used 4 times per battle.
♦ Can only be taught by Blizzard.

Create a vertical portal of earth behind a clone, and make the hands of earth appear from inside it. The hands grab the body from three parts twisting it and cracking the spine.

I start by gathering earth chakra behind my pre-made clone and I use it to create an earthen portal from which six arms appear, grabbing the opponent, restraining him from movement. Three pairs of arms grab the opponent at different locations, one pair grabs his legs, second pair grabs his back while the last pair grabs his torso, after which they start skewing the body and twisting it with the final purpose of breaking the opponent's spine.

Like so? How big is the portal? I reckon it shouldn't be too big since 6 arms (as per the video) aren't really thick.

"The portals is big enough to cover half of opponent's back, but its not exactly behind, and yes basically they are just like real arms flourished with A-rank chakra. Any other question?"

"Awesome, I already stated its uses in the VM, now your turn."
Pops up a soda and dramatically walks away.

Lol, joke. :p

Genjutsu: Sairento kōri | Illusionary Arts: Silent Ice
Type: Attack
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Before using an ice technique, the user will do one additional hand seal, using his chakra to put his enemies into a genjutsu. The genjutsu makes use of the "hissing" sound produced by Ice techniques in contact with the air, to manipulate the enemies senses and slowly numbing them as they hear that sound. Barely noticeable at first, as the user keeps using ice techniques, the enemy will further be affected by the illusion. The genjutsu lasts 3 turns, during which the user needs to produce at least 3 Ice techniques (more will not alter the effect), one in each turn (the first one, being the one after the genjutsu). Upon hearing the hissing sound of the 1st Ice technique, the enemy will feel the slight pinch and low intensity needle-like pain associated with cold, mainly on his extremities. Upon hearing the 2nd one, the enemy will lose feeling on his fingers and toes, nose and ears, his mind becomes sluggish, the pain intense and generalized, shivering is present reducing the agility and precision of movement, the cold sensation equivalent to that of a -15ºC atmosphere. Upon hearing the last technique, the effects will be severe. The enemy becomes unable to move his extremities and the pain is the same as if they were entering necrosis. The shivering is unbearable and the mental capacities barely there. Handseals and molding chakra are things hard to accomplish taking into consideration the numbness and sluggish mind. If he fails to release the illusion, his body will shut down and he will lose conscious as his body is fooled into thinking that he just fell into a hipotermic state.
Note: Can only be performed 1 time
Note: Its effects span for up to 3 turns if unreleased
Note: Requires the user to have an Ice biography and use an ice technique right after the genjutsu
Note: Using another genjutsu on the enemy while its active will dispel the genjutsu
Note: Can only be taught by McRazor
So, it's pretty self explanatory. You cast a genjutsu on your opponent that tricks his mind into freezing and hyperventilating. It's not easy to notice it because it doesn't affect the opponents sight or hearing. It simply makes him feel cold. Now, it's a very quick technique, used in conjunction with an ice technique. First use this and then the ice technique. Try an ice technique that would/could make him feel a bit cold even without the genjutsu, so that he doesn't suspect anything. To successfully perform this genjutsu you have to use 1 ice jutsu in each turn, the 1st jutsu/turn being the one that this genjutsu is used in. Try it on my clone.

Creates a clone.

Creates a clone.

Upon attentively listening the the procedure the new jutsu is to be conducted, Blizzard gets ready to perform it. He extends his chakra in the surroundings taking control over the clone's mind, initially when in genjutsu casting stage he triggers the feeling of cold and the pain associated with that cold. And as he starts performing ice element's jutsus along with the genjutsu, the feeling of pain becomes stronger and stronger, upon the third ice jutsu the clone completely falls on the knees shivering and in a very delusional state. "what if I fail to perform an ice jutsu in one of those three turns?"

I'm afraid you'd have an unfinished technique because the genjutsu ends after the 3rd turn. However, I don't think that performing 3 ice jutsus would be a problem because you can use them as defense in case you get attacked. Any ice jutsu triggers it. :)

So what if I miss the middle turn? Like perform one jutsu, the first one, and miss next and a jutsu at the end of turn. Will it only go to 2nd level in third turn, or cancel on second turn because I failed to use 3 jutsus? Is the order below correct?
First Turn: Gen + Ice (Gen @ stage 1)
2nd Turn: No ice, random jutsus.
3rd Turn: Ice (Gen @ stage 2)

Yep, you'd trigger the 2nd stage in the 3rd turn then.
