Description: The user will perform 2 hand seals and then release little steams of lightning from his hands. The lightnings are very strong and influenced with chakra which makes it hard to cut through them with ordinary kunais and ninja tools, however they are vulnerble to wind attakcs. By using these steams of lightning the user can shot them at some tree and pull himself to the tree, thus avoiding attack. The user can also use them to move kunais and other ninja tools by attaching the steams to the kunais.
Note: Can only be taught by PowerOfDarkness
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
Note: No S rank Raiton techniques while the ropes are in play.
Note: The Ropes stay on the field for 2 turns.


It's pretty self explenatory really. You form these 2 hand seals *shows you* and by concentrating raiton chakra through your hands you will release little steams of lightning that you can extend up to long range. You can shoot them at a tree and pull yourself to it or move ninja weapons.

I gather a medium amount of raiton chakra into both my hands while I form a pair of handseals and release a rope-steam of lightning from each hand, I then release a bit more raiton chakra causing the steams to grow in length. Giving me the ability to use this as a medium inorder to avoid incoming projectiles aka attacks.

Questions

A. Do they have any cutting potential? For example, if I were to use these inorder to wrap them around my targets ankle, would they do any real damage?

B. Are these steams of lightning able to numb my opponent, if I were to use them intoder to subdue my enemy?

Now my turn, let's try this..can you explain the technique below, in your own words, the workings, how its performed and such. Try to do it from your own perspective if possible. Look at the gif noted in the description, it i'll give a idea of how it's supposed to look.

(Raiton/Suiton: Kihou no Borute-ji) - Lightning/Water Release: High Voltage

Description: The user starts by focusing a large amount of suiton chakra infront of his/her hand which is pointed at the opponent by converting the highly focused suiton chakra into water, materializing a large amount of water before their hand and as the water appears the user starts channeling his raiton chakra into his hand till the point it's a pure mass of focused lightning chakra than the user will blast it right into the water infront of him/her, exploding inside the water and creating a lightning/water combination, with lightning coiled around the water blast and inside it in a form of a dormand bomb. The user will direct this at the opponent and being fired in an "V" pattern and as it makes impact it will explode leaving a large mass of steam an a crater behind.

Btw, keep his in mind.. because of the amazingly widespread range of this technique, it's fired in a "V" pattern thus it grows in size along the way. If it were to come in contact with a tree or a object anything like that, It would simply obliterate it. The reason is because of the lightning coiled around the water blast itself, its in contact with pure water which is fired at an amazing speed (cuz of the lightning), that results in friction between the two elements. Thus causing the lightning coiled around the water to become unstable.
