No questions.Oh hi.
This jutsu just adds a burst of water after an Earth or Wood jutsu is used (updating it to add Ice, but that doesn't affect you anyway >_>). The water itself does no damage, it simply has the force to knock an opponent back a meter or two but it's main purpose is to stop the usage of Lightning jutsus, especially those which linger around after their usage (nagashi). You can use this with any Earth jutsu excluding mud related Earth jutsus (swamp, Sticky Earth drop, etc) but it works with everything else. I know the description talks about activation and things, but Scorps removed all restrictions and made it so that you post it after the Earth/wood jutsu, if that changes in any way I'll let you know.
The speed at which it comes out from Earth/Wood jutsus is extremely fast, making this jutsu act the same way Wave of Inspiration does, allowing it to finish in conjunction with the previous jutsu used.
Do you understand the jutsu, and/or any questions?
Send me a message by any means necessary once you've mastered the water element.Okies, we're done. :3
Suiton: Bāsuto) – Water Release: Burst
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Depends on Earth/Wood jutsu used before hand.
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user would activate this jutsu which allows him to add his water chakra to all Earth/Wood jutsus used no more than a second after the usage of the Earth/Wood jutsu. Although it does no physical harm, this jutsu allows the user to shoot out an extremely quick burst of water straight after an Earth/Wood jutsu is used from wherever that Earth/Wood jutsu appears from. For example, if Spikes are used, this jutsu would allow a quick burst of water to shoot out to anywhere short range from the spikes themselves. This jutsu does not work on the mud related Earth jutsu. The water itself does no damage, however it has some pushing force which is able to knock an opponent back a meter or two, other than that it mainly distracts the opponent. The user can deactivate this jutsu at any time, and can stop the addition of water chakra so that he/she can control when the water bursts out.
Not Water, Tai! <.<Send me a message by any means necessary once you've mastered the water element.
Utilizing the moister in the air you basically materialize a small water source beneath your feet. You are then able to manipulate the water source beneath your feet and slide back and forth just as if you were standing on ice bare-footed, allowing you to dodge close quarter techniques/blows. This technique in combination with drunken style is quite unpredictable.(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step
Rank: A
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However un-like ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in only using regular ninjutsu, water, taijutsu, genjutsu, and kenjutsu, no other elemental affinities.
Note: Can be used twice
Note: Must have mastered Taijutsu
Note: Must wait two turns to use again.
Note: Must be taught by Mathias

Mathias watches as the fellow Iwarian performs the technique effortlessly.*I manipulate the moisture in the air and use it to materialize a small amount of water below my feet, using that water as a means of performing sliding movements, allowing me to move faster and more fluidly. Well, hic, that works good.
Tobirama shows at the designated location after planning everything before hand.Having finished his training, Roy awaits Tobirama to come to the location where he and Madara had previously taught each other personal jutsus.
Show off, thought Roy as Tobirama spoke about perfecting the jutsu he had created in his teens. Granted it wasn't unlikely, but hearing it said to him got on his nerves.Tobirama shows at the designated location after planning everything before hand.
I'm interested in perfecting that water technique you created long ago. I've heard rumors about it, and I believe with my skills in water techniques I will be able to finish what you started.
Oh but I do.Show off, thought Roy as Tobirama spoke about perfecting the jutsu he had created in his teens. Granted it wasn't unlikely, but hearing it said to him got on his nerves.
Well, it's not a hard thing to learn, especially not to someone like you.
(Suiton: Mizu Sumai) – Water Release: Water house
Rank: A
Type: Defense
Range: Short-mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: -
Description: The user quickly summons a wall of water in front of him which is able to protect the user against Fire jutsu ranked S and lower. (The water can be situated in any position the user chooses. For example the user can summon the water to cover him from attacks coming from above him)
Note: Requires a water source
Note: Can only be used 4 times.
Note: Can only be used by RockLeeGreenBeast and those he shares this jutsu with.
Roy then goes on to summon a wall of water in the area between them, with the water having enough width and length to cover him from the front. He then drops the jutsu and uses it again, with the water now being situated in the area to his left, covering that side completely. See? It's quite simple, surprised you haven't got your own version of it.
OOC: As you can see, the technique lacks detail. >_> But since it can protect a person from attacks, I'd say it'd have enough height and width to protect your whole body without issue, maybe even a person who may be standing next to you, but other than that, I can't say. It needs an update, that's for sure.Oh but I do.
Tobirama cool and collectively claps his hands together and materializes a vortex of water around his entire location, displaying his defensive capabilities.
(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
With a flick of his hand, Tobirama instantly disperses the water into nothingness. He then proceeds to focus on his water chakra and manipulate a medium sized source above his head, utilizing it as an umbrella of sorts, protecting him from aerial attacks.
I was missing protection from a certain angle. Now I ask you, how big can the source be? Would be it dependent on the technique/situation that it is countering?
OOC: Yeah I noticed ;pOOC: As you can see, the technique lacks detail. >_> But since it can protect a person from attacks, I'd say it'd have enough height and width to protect your whole body without issue, maybe even a person who may be standing next to you, but other than that, I can't say. Any other questions?
