Ok, everybody knows about the current system where you have to have 100 posts to become a Chuunin. Do you remember how Naruto had to take a test to pass from Genin and become a Chuunin? What i propose is that the mods and V set up a test every week for new people reaching the post amount and want to become Chuunins. The mods could have ppl take the test and if they do good, let them move on to Chuunin status.

to be honest i dont think its a good idea because if you go by what was on the show it will be hard for most ppl to pass after all im a special jounin and im not the best with some things (battles)
however if it was just a basic test what would it inclued?

i think it should go to that way too. it would reduce the amount of ppl with killer rank with them being newbies.

yea, each week it would vary and be different depending on the element you want to learn as a chuunin.
