Chuunin Exams or just Rank him?

If Naruto is the savior of the hidden leaf, why don't they promote him to Jounin? Or even a Chuunin?

Everyone knows that he could defeat anyone in his way, he has an S-Rank move!!

its obvious that naruto has skills above genin level. im wondering why they didnt do something as well. but then the chunin exams didnt exactly go as planned. but i think your right. however in the orochimaru invasion of part one they said naruto was strong enough to be hokage. so maybe ii dunno

It is nothing new to find that all the previous Jinchuuriki are not Kage despite possessing Kage Level skills. The only exception would be Gaara but then again he wasn't a Jinchuuriki for long after becoming Kazekage.

I wish he was at least a Jonin. Either way we discussed about his rank and came to a draw.

Some think he should be Jounin.
Some think he should be Special Jonin.
Some think he should be Chunin.
Some think he should stay a Genin.

What I got from it was that although Naruto's skill as a shinobi are above Jonin level his leadership skills are exactly his level, Genin.

Sannin is an honorary title only given to Jiraya-sama, Tsunade, and Orochimaru by Hanzou.

The closest ninja rank he could attain other than Kage(which we know he will be) is Jonin or ANBU(lol).

Chunin would be a slap to the face. -.-
