I think ur underestimating how bady the cm was affecting him an how close the fight starts an most of all ur underestimating a determined hinata. Sasuke wont hav time to get distance btwn them, If hinata rushes him an he flees , then the curse will wreck his balance givin hinata the chance for the kill with her insane striking speed, he cant use any ninjutsu an is restricted only to taijutsu which hinata will wreck with these conditions, again sasuke wont immediately get the idea or chance to use lotus, this is the early stage of their fight an ur not seein the possibility of hinata landin a glancing blow with these condition yet yoroi who is vastly inferior in ability was able to do this, sasuke wont avoid CQC for the whole fight before lotus since he was forced to confront yoroi beforehand.

If so then that is easily dealt with using chakra or evasive movements + chakra, CE Gaara literally has ntn that is surely killing him, is there any other moves which u think would end him because that wat u posted aint even killing a badly injured lee much less someone who can simply block gaara's sand with chakra, even gaara/kishi somewhat agrees to this point
