Chunin Exams Preliminary Matches

Yeah besides Naruto and Sasuke. Those three were something in Part 1. They never got the chance to shine enough in the spotlight. Kishi is a great writer and all, but i feel he failed in concentrating on the other characters. It didn't have to be all of them, but at least a few of them.

Agreed, some other characters to grow stronger would have been better for the whole anime/manga

Yeah . Lee imo is the strongest genin ever (excluding naruto of course).

So you are saying Naruto is greater than Lee. But how does Naruto keep up with Lee's speed if Sasuke with sharingan can't. If Sasuke can somehow keep up with Lee's speed then how is he weaker than Lee if he has more moves than Lee.

Lee Gaara was the best and most interesting fight in the chunin exams. It was fast placed and evenly match.
Sakura vs Ino wasn't bad either it was intense as well lol.
Yoroi must have been a weakling to get taken out by a simple kick from Sasuke when Sasuke is low on chakra and suppressing the curse seal.

As for the whole Tenten hate well she was fighting one of the strongest genin in the chunin exams.

Rock Lee vs Gaara is my favorite fight in the entire series, so...

I also think Sasuke deserved a better fight than the one he was given.

Oh, and Shikamaru's fight is so awesome. He barely moves from the spot he stands on when the fight begins.

Sasuke would have lost against any other opponent. He was so exhausted in his match that i don't think he would of done well against another opponent. Besides i think the senseis decided to give Sasuke an easier match.

I agree. I enjoyed Sakura against Ino way more than his match.

I loved Sasuke and Yoroi because remember there was "no time to rest" they had to fight almost immediately after the intense survival round. Their's, Shino's Kankuro, and Neji are the best ones.

Gaara vs lee was my favorite fight ever. I wont go into why because i could yap all night about it.
Hinata vs neji was ok and shino vs zaku was cool too. Kankuro vs jelly guy was awesome i loved seeing crow turn his head around, so creepy.
I didnt like naruto vs kiba all that much, choji vs dosu was lame, ino vs sakura was painfully bad, temari vs tenten was kinda funny. Sasukes fight was so so. And shikamarus head banging fight was pretty good.

Gaara should have lost vs lee

Zaku getting his arms blown off was

Gaara vs Rock Lee, my main man. Best fight evar, when I saw the poll results I just nodded my head. Aw yeah.

Tenten > Ino. It's basically a fact. Although let's not get into that :3. You're just hating on her because she hasn't shown her true power, the power of the TENTENtails. When that day comes, you'll all hop in the bandwagon.

I agree man, Tenten solos pretty much everyone who isn't Jiraiya.

Gaara was overwhelmed in that fight, when Lee took the weights off. I just don't get how his sand armor withstood hidden lotus, but couldn't tank chidori.
