Chunin Exam Neji VS Chunin Exam Sasuke

I always wanted to see them fight ever since the beginning. Back when Sasuke relied on his Sharingan/taijutsu and Chidori. I honestly dont know who would win. What do u think?:shrug:

Kakashi already stated Byakugan > Sharingan which tbh is not true but he meant Byakugan > 3T sharingan or maybe even just 2T

But anyway Taijutsu is pointless in this fight and Neji has an ultimate defense all in all Neji should win.

And how does he get close enough with his rotation and how would he land a blow when Neji can simply grab and break his wrist like Kakashi could have done when Naruto vs Sasuke outside hospital and he didn't have the accuracy of a byakugan.
