I wont. The jutsu doesn't even tell how many handsigns it requires. My affinity is same as gaaras. I am kage gaara is genin. Read these

the jutsu only specifies gaara. And if that was the case where everyone could do it then i would be able to do it with no hand signs, and naruto would be able to do it. Point is, he is the only one.

this is the same as with kazuku. if you arent kauzuku you need seals to use intense pain, pressure damage, and false darkness.

just like if you arent gaara (in shakaku form) you need seals to use this jutsu

I don't recall you being sensei and you can aswell compare the speed of First hokage into someone like sasori. Kage > S-Class ninja

so based on what your saying asuma, who has a wind affinity, can use gaaras jutsu in the exact same manner, even though he can not enter stage 1 of shakaku, which seems to be a prerequisite for gaara to even use the jutsu.
