Perform the required hand seals, and inhale air into your lungs. Release the heated air mixed with chakra through a ring made by your thumb and index finger. You should not convert the hot air to fire until it comes out of your mouth. Shape it into the form of a fireball, and launch it at my clone.

As you throw it, manipulate the fire on the lighter into a wall of fire that you can use to protect you from small objects. If you have learned Hurricane Fist, release the wind after creating the fire wall, and blow fire wall forward. Burn my filthy clone.

It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno.
Perform the Tiger hand seal, and then release your focused chakra in the form of a stream of fire onto the ground which will form a ring of fire around my clone, trapping him. Then send the flames inward to kill the clone. If you have learned the other two jutsus mentioned, perform them.

*I aim into the air and I begin by channelling my chakra into my hands; as I do this I perform the tiger hand seal. After this, I then inhale as much air as I can and begin to gather my fire chakra in my lungs. As I do this I mould the fire chakra into a flame and compress it, after which I then exhale and release the fire at a constant rate, instead of all at once, sending out a uniform stream of fire. As the stream travels through the air, I move my head around in a full circle forming a circle of fire, at which point I then cut off the stream allowing a full formed circle of flames to travel through the air away from me!*

O_O The fire would make a ring once it hit the ground, traveling to make the circle. It's only a stream when you release it, not formed into a ring already. Try it again with that it mind.
*I quickly perform the Tiger hand seal. While doing so I use my katon chakra to create a stream of fire on the ground between your clone and me. It will form a ring of flames surrounding your clone as soon as possible. As the circle is closed and your clone is trapped inside the fire will move inward towards your clone burning him to ashes.*

Description: The user will bind a target with a cord of wire and by performing the required hand seals after placing the cord of wire in their mouth Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger breathes fire along the cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
Heres a fun one. Throw a couple kunai with wires attached to the handles, and wrap the cord around my clone. After he has been trapped, perform the three hand seals and breathe fire down the cord to roast the top half of him alive. Catch him on fire, and disperse him.

Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making one handseal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.
So first perform the Earth Flow River technique. After, manipulate the mud and perform the Earth Dragon Bullet technique. Then, exhale a fire stream after performing a single hand seal, onto the mud bullets released by the dragon. This will turn them into lava-ish globules.

I focus my chakra. I then channel it down into my feet as it's traveling through my chakra network I focus on the jutsus I'm about to perform. It reaches my feet and I perform the tiger handseal. As I form it I infuse my chakra into the earth below me while changing it's properties to earth. I make my chakra hard and dense at first so I have nice earth chakra and then I let it flow and liquify it a little to make it mud like below your clone creating a mud river.'as your clone is swayed off balance I waste no time. Keeping up my immense focus form the following handseals:Ram->Horse->Dragon. As I perform them I focus a lot on my mud like chakra and begin manipulating it so it takes shape of head of a dragon. As I'm on the last handseal I make sure the water is perfectly concentrated as the dragons head takes form,I make it spew out 3 globs of earth towards your clone.While the earth bullets are being made,I focus ,my katon chakra towards my mouth then spit out a stream of fire at the same time the earth bullets are being fired.This makes them collide become a molten earth attack.The bullets melt your clone until it goes poof.

Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
Focus your chakra, and then perform the following hand seals, Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger. Then release the chakra in the form of several fireballs, all heading in different directions at my clone. Once the fireballs are launched, throw a couple shuriken into some of them for an added surprise.
