Perform the Horse hand seal, and then focus a massive amount of chakra into your lungs, where you superheat it. Then release the chakra from your mouth, change it into fire, and shape it into a massive wall of flames, which will destroy my clone. Make it big height and width wise.

I bring both my hands up to my chest and perform the Horse handseal.Then I begin to focus my katon chakra into my lungs.I make sure to superheat my lungs to the hottest temperatures.Then I inhale until my chest pokes out a great distance and exhale a very large wall of fire from my mouth.The fire is very wide and long.Once the fire reached your clone it completely annilates your clone into going poof.
Pros:A very wide ranged katon attack that is very deadly and could very much kill.
Cons:This jutsu block my vision and the opponent could go underground to catch me by surprise.
Speed:I rate this jutsu medium speed.It only requires one handseal yet not fast like some Raiton jutsu's.
Is this a good counter:I say yes.The golem is very huge and blocks the jutsu.

Much better. And yes, because it's a stream it needs constant chakra to fuel it. So, you cannot move onto other techniques while using it.

I perform one handseal and inhale.Then I begin to focus my katon chakra into my lungs.I make sure to make the chakra nice and hot.Then I chanel the chakra into my mouth.Before it leaves my mouth I use nature manipulation to change the chakra into fire.When it leaves my mouth I make sure to make the fire highly concentrated.I aim the "beam" of fire towards your clone and it pierces your clone like a laser and burns it as well.Your clone goes poof of course.
Pros:Has 3 different ways of using this technique.This gives it variety and a different way to handle the oppoent based on the situation.
Cons:I have to perform 1 handseal first and only reaches mid range.
Speed:I give this technique a high for a fire style technique.It can become a stream of fast fire or a laser like beam of fire.

I would rate that counter as bad. Even though the water bullets CAN douse some fire techniques (mostly projectiles or techniques with a shape), it wouldn't work on this long stream. It would have to douse the entire stream, not just a section of it. So before we finish, perform a three combination move using any two fire techniques, and a third move of your choice. Mid range!

Then while you are blinded I stomp my foot on the ground and create a tunnel between you and myself.Once thats dont I spit out a fireball into the hole and it erupts underneath you.
And to finish up I exhale a large fireball that completely consumes you and turns you into ash.
