Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
Focus your chakra, and then perform the Tiger hand seal. Then release the chakra from your mouth, turn it into fire through nature manipulation, and then condense and compact it greatly. So great in fact, that the fire should have a solid composition to it. Aim three of these at my clone.

I begin to focus my chakra once again.Then I weave one handseal(Tiger).I shift that chakra into my mouth and begin to condense it greatly.Next I start to shoot out my katon chakra.I use nature manipulation to change the katon chakra into dragon heads.I spit three giant dragon's head at your clone in rapid sucession.The dragon heads travel towards your clone very swiftly and once they make contact the high temperatures melt your clone until it goes poof.

Then I blow out a stream of wind from my mouth towards the fire on the ground to create a large inferno that engulfs your clone.
And to finish things up I jump up into the air and release three giant fireballs that erupts one on contact.

You did not use the first technique correctly. You create a line of fire in front of you, not at the opponent's feet.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
IMO no its not a good defense against my technique.That water technique surrounds you in short range.Its not like a wall in mid range to block the attack.All the tiger has to do is make contact with the water and it explodes!You would still be caught in the blast.

I'd say it's an average counter. The water would protect you from the blast, but the tiger can come from above as well, making this technique close to useless. Now have you learned Pressure Damage?
