Background Info.
History:
On Choziro's birth his chakra was wild that it suffocated his mother and she died. But he never learned how to control most of it so he practiced it til he could control it very well. He could have done jutsu with ease.
There was once an assassin sent out by someone who wanted him dead because he might become trouble when older. So he had to go into hiding. He spent the rest of his childhood practicing his jutsu.
Then when 13 he came out of hiding because his skills were now enough to protect himself from a low class ninja. He then went to search of a master. He is still on search because no one is willing to teach him. But he would rather die than to quit at such a low level and his quest continues.
