Now, people say Shikamaru is the stronger one out of the 3 when HE IS NOT. Chouji is underrated by too many people. NOW LETS LOOK AT THE 3 OF THEM
CHOUJI :

Ok people are gonna overrate Shikamaru's shadow possession technique. When in reality it can be beaten in one on one. For example, someone like Naruto and Chouji with great amount of chakra and Will can break it. (well Naruto broke it easily, so chouji might have a hard time). Also Shikamaru rely's on Shadow possession alot which can be his downfall. But in a battle again a opponent Chouji is stronger. Shikamaru also himself stated that Chouji was stronger then all of them during the Sasuke retrieval arc.
So now Ino.. Ino is not really a combat type person. I mean her mind Transfer technique is usefull but not that great in combat. Now first of all the Mind transfer technique travels straight.. Meaning the victim has to straight right in front of her. And also the victim can force the user out of his / her body (like Sakura did). So it is not much of a threat..
SO INO AND SHIKAMARU ACTUALLY ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CHOUJI'S STRENGTH. EVEN IN A BATTLE CHOUJI WOULD WIN. CHOUJI SMASHES INO AND SHIKA. BOTTOM LINE CAUSE THE KING SAID SO. =]

After using the Multi-Size Technique to increase their size, the user funnels chakra into their hands, which causes special markings to appear in them. The weight and power of the hands are greatly increased because of the larger size, the muscles are activated with concentrated chakra, and the thickness is also increased. With so much chakra that it becomes visible, the user's palms become like an iron hammer.
After the user swallows a great amount of water to make themselves into a human-sized ball, they tuck their limbs inside their clothes and use chakra to propel themselves into a powerful roll. The added water gives the user extra weight, causing more damage to the opponent and area. This is an excellent technique to use against Water Release users as it not only nullifies their attack but also turns it against them.
Calorie Control: This ability grants members of the Akimichi clan free control of their body's calories — which they convert into chakra in order to perform their techniques.
The intensely concentrated chakra that is gained leaks out from the backbone and becomes visible through friction with the shoulder blade, appearing like a butterfly wing. The user then concentrates the unique chakra into their fist, and then puts all their body weight behind the punch.

Chōji's speed has also seemingly increased, as he was fast enough to save Shikamaru from being stomped by the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
After the time-skip, Chōji's taijutsu improved immensely. He was able to use his Partial Multi-Size Technique to effortlessly destroy a few of Sai's lions. He was also able to stun two of Kakuzu's masks after growing to tremendous size and using the Super Open Hand Slap technique. By the Invasion of Pain, he was nearly able to destroy Deva Path with a massive punch, and due to his massive physical strength he was key in restraining the Path after Shinra Tensei was used.Chōji has to capture Hizashi Hyūga in his hand while crushing Kakuzu underneath his other fist.

Shikamaru
As a result, Asuma administered an IQ test disguised as a game to Shikamaru, which revealed that Shikamaru's intelligence was beyond that of a normal genius, with an IQ of over 200 which is regarded as immeasurable intelligence.Shikamaru is able to use his intelligence in combat to fit a number of purposes. By putting his fingers together to create a circle and closing his eyes so he can concentrate, Shikamaru considers everything that has taken place in the battle up to that point, even discerning how an opponent's techniques work. After doing this he can quickly think ten moves ahead of his opponent with over a hundred strategies ready to be used, but his real skill is choosing the best one. This analysis doubles as a way for him to avoid a fight, or at least minimise injuries for himself or his allies.
The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements.
The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use (Shikamaru can only maintain it for 5 minutes per use).

This is a ninjutsu from among the Nara clan's secret techniques that uses materialised shadows to attack and bind, instead of merely immobilising and controlling like the Shadow Imitation Technique. The user changes the shape of their shadow into several sharp needles and controls each separately. They can then attack several targets simultaneously and at the same time snatch away their ability to move by sewing them stuck with the shadow threads. Because it is a physical attack, it is impossible to capture someone without harming them, but on the other hand, since the speed of invocation and the time of duration are excellent, it can be used when urgent restraint is required.
A technique developed from the Nara clan's hiden Shadow Imitation Technique with combat in mind. It is possible to inflict direct damage to the enemy by transforming and moving shadows endowed with physical power.

Ino:
The Mind Body Switch Technique is the signature ability of the Yamanaka clan. Originally, this ninjutsu was suited for intelligence-gathering missions rather than battle.[1] With it, a ninja sends his mind into a target's body supplanting the target's mind with their own. The user transfers their consciousness to the target, giving them complete control of the body for a short period of time.
After cutting her hair, Ino infuses the hair strands with her chakra to trap anyone that steps on them. Once immobilised, they are an easy target for another attack, the Mind Body Switch Technique.
Ino has shown to possess a great level of intelligence and perception, graduating the top of her class while in the Academy alongside Sasuke Uchiha and Shino Aburame. This was displayed in the Chūnin Exams and cleverly used her hair to make a chakra rope to bind Sakura. In fact in the anime, she was able to tell a person's occupation by glancing at the condition of their hands, a skill proven useful when Ino went to identify Gennō's body and noticed immediately that the corpse wasn't a carpenter or a ninja. Also, during Pain's invasion, she was able to conclude that Pain's real body must be around the village for his technique to work, since it was similar to her clan's.
