Why did choppers voice change at episode 254 i really want the old one back

Im at episode 254 it's with the aqua laguna when luffy is stuck between the buildings, and zoro is stuck in the chimney lol

It also happens in the seventh movie, Chopper's VA wasn't able to participate either due to sickness (I think, not 100% sure of the reason) and they hired this other voice actor.

Don't worry, Chopper had his old voice at episode 264 (I watched a clip from that episode a while ago) so it's not like it's permanent... he gets back eventually

This temporary VA is still better than the one 4!Kids hired though...
