Kinda funny seeing this thread, because I just watched the 4th Naruto Movie.

Part of the movie included Shino(i think) and Choji's Dad working together as a team.

In this settting, I'd say Choji.

I'm going to say Shino because Choji's only skill is in his ninjutsu which requires lots of chakra. Shino's bugs eat up an opponent's chakra. That's if his bugs are resistant to the cold which I imagine they. I doubt his clan would use bugs that are susceptible to weather. They would get some that have built up an immunity and multiply that generation just like when he fought Guren and her crystal style. Now if Shino gets cocky can calls Choji "fat" then....

Butterflies are vulnerable to cold too xd just kidding.
Shino is way smarter than Choji,but we don't know(as Allan said) if the bugs would react negatively to the cold(I doubt it,naruto has normally no logic). Shino would get in trouble if Choji uses butterfly mode but I think Shino could handle with him,his bugs can absorb chakra,and Choji's wings are made of chakra x)
