If chouji gets his wings, then probably chouji, but of course he has to spend how long to recover his fat? I think that chouji can either be a really tough or easy opponent for neiji, it just depends if chouji's size increase makes his vital organ's an easier target, or does it prevent neiji's chakra from traveling to them. I'm guessing its the former.
