Okay then - Tsunade is cut, she lives though using her regeneration jutsu - retreats, makes antidote, returns. xd

In all seriousness though - Sakura and Tsunade destroy the ground that Chiyo and Kankuro stand on along with destroying any puppets hiding underground. Then take out puppet-masters.

Tsunade also has her summon, which should be a big problem for them.

Poison is Poison lol doesn't matter if ten ten has it on her ninja tools, poison will always be deadly

creation of rebirth doesn't take the poison out of your body........idk where you got that
