The Byakugan almost gives the person a 360 degree vision the only blind spot is a small hole at the back of the neck. You can concentrate your chakra in the blind spot to achieve a 360 degree angle, With the byakugan you can see the other persons chakra flow and with the gentle fist style you can disrupt their chakra flow by attacking their insides.

With the byakugan you can also see far distances away the harder you train it the farther you can see, the byakugan allows you to see through solid objects.
Gentle fists is a type of taijutsu special to members of the hyuuga clan, Unlike the type strong fist gentle fists is about damaging the insides of the opponent rather than the outside.
When a person uses the byakugan they can use gentle fist with
precise movements and deadly accuracy which is mainly needed because the user can see the opponents chakra
pathway and when striking the chakra vessels the opponent
takes damage to their organs also, the chakra vesseles run
through the organs intertwining themselves. When the
byakugan user takes it a little further they can also hit the opponents tenketsu and forcefully open or completly seal the opponents chakra from that point.

- I activate my byakugan and run at the dummy striking him with pokes the first blow i deliver is in the stomach with great force, Not even before it lands im already throwing another at his rib and to top it off with a ferocious poke to the chest i see its chakra flow has stopped - Is it done?
Stopping one's chakra flow isn't enough to kill.
You have to exert chakra from your hits, either with your palm or two of your fingers (the latter has better accuracy), to actually make them do something.
The places where you hit didn't disable the dummy, he could just counter.

- I run at the dummy with my byakugan activated as i get the perfect distance i thrust my two fingers at the dummys chest doing little damage, as i do so i spin around the dummy with great speed then i heavily palm the dummy in its back breaking its spine then i roll around the dummy again and palm it in the chest with all my might while concentrating my chakra thus stopping its heart - What now?

- I run at the dummy with my byakugan activated while running i start focusing chakra to my hand as i reach the dummy i poke it twice in the chest as i charge up chakra to my hand , I end it by palming the dummy in his neck breaking his windpipe -

1) 1st strike to the chest makes his heart skip a beat making him vulnerable 2nd strike makes their heart almost stop pumping blood 3rd strike just destroys all hope he has.
2) I kinda said it in 1 but ithey cause internal bleeding basically.

- I charge at the dummy byakugan activated i start concentrating chakra to my hand as i reach the dummy i strike him in the stomach making him grab his stomach and let down his guard as he does i deliver another strike to his rib fracturing a rib and making him grab his side thus having him ache in pain every second to finish it up i deliver a chakra concentrated palm to his face breaking his skull and causing severe brain damage that leads to him dying -

If you use Jyuuken attacks, you puncture his stomach. You puncturing his stomach = him dying.

- I run at the dummy byakugan activated as i charge the dummy i concentrate my chakra and strike him twice once in his right shoulder sealing his chakra from that point and stopping further usuage of that arm i quickly spin around him and strike him in his lower back sealing his chakra from that point and causing him great pain as i turn back to his front i poke him in his chest sealing his chakra form that point and stopping his heart while causing internal bleeding -
