Well there has only been one person shown in the anime with this contract, and he showed the uncanny ability to control them- whether through physical or mental means its unknown but he seems to control them in numbers. Meaning, he never only summons one at a time. This contract got very limited air time so no much is known about it

Instead of going through the mental abuse again Yosamu formed a clone of himself which poofed into existence with the exact instructions he received from his sensei- step into the abyss of no return. The clone, after chanting some inaudible religious chime went head on into the cave, lasting a good 3 minutes or so before coming bursting out with the scroll in his hand, bats everywhere T_T.
Yosamu then took the scroll from the clone since he couldn't draw blood from himself and signed the scroll. There also was a tiny bat on the tip of the scroll seemingly asleep. He needed it cause he wanted a Bat tattoo too. He held the tiny critter to the sensei's face

It can fly a high speeds and scratch or bite opponents. This bat has no elemental affinity but has an incredible hearing and the same sonar-like abilities as other Bats.

After jumping in the air and performing 5 hand seals I slammed my hands on nothing and watched as the summoning seals spread out from under me followed by a loud poofing sound. Seconds later I was atop the back of a giant bat, its wing span and body mass enough to carry me at high speeds with ease. As it swung its massive wings I released a stream of fire from my gullet creating a searing hot fireball to rain down on everything below.

Than when you get the hang of it I want you to use the ultrasonic waves on the bats in the caves to control them and give them orders. Its a great jutsu for getting random bats that arent summon to work for you or using bats you already summon communicate with you to help find your opponent.

Standing very still and focusing my chakra I bean emitting it in the form of ultra-sonic waves. Although others can't hear it, I can, because I am a boss of my close relationship with the bats. The waves echoed off the walls of the caves and into their tiny ears, they immediately responded and fluttered out in a great mass to circle me, chirping away their own sentient thoughts. .

Asserting control over my summoned bats I instructed them via ultra sonic waves to open their tiny mouths at once and bombard the clone with a myriad of high frequency sound waves frigging with it's mind, causing it to be disoriented. I then capitalized and through a kunai at it, killing it.
