With this technique active, the user is able to hear everything that happens in the battlefield. That means that the user is able to hear the opponents heartbeat, breathing and the blood running through the opponents veins, everything. as soon as you take out your kunais i fastly create a rasengan and a water jutsu in my other palm to create a huge water vortex which i manipulate straight forwards and then i send another huge wind bullet to power the vater vortex up to create a defence jutsu strong enough to block away the radio frequency, and right after i fastly create 2 magma bunshins(one to my left and the other to my right)

Radio waves move at speed of light and are invisible, and it covers the whole field. >_>
I guess since you saw the kunais being released, you should have a reason to use the typhoon to protect yourself against the kunais.
*As soon as you release the water from you hand, as soon as it leaves your hand, I use:
(suiton: mizu bakuha) water style: water explosion

Descriptions: wit just one seal, the user can make any water substance and water source explode in a huge blast. this just can be mixed wit other water jutsu, even water clone jutsu. note once used the jutsu the water will be still there.. it wont disappear.. it will be just scattered every where and the larger the source of water the greater the damage.

once used = No S-rank jutsus next turn
used twised= no S rank or A rank jutsu next turn
A -rank.
Blasting your hand off, splattering the water everywhere and because of the damage that the radio frequency and your arm getting blown up does to you, you lose control of your chakra and the Wind release rasengan "detonates" in your hand, harming your whole body, and right after the rasengan detonates, the kunai reaches you and explodes.

as soon as i start feeling the water in my hands is going to explode i concentrate a huge amount of doton chakra in my whole body to make my skin hard as steel and to harden the damage from your water jutsu, and at the same time im doing that my bunshins send some lava towards the kunais(its theur ability to send lava from their hands without being destroyed so that doesnt count as a jutsu) you sended to block them away and right after that i send a a huge water bullet powered up with some wind bullets

1st:
You never created any bunshins. You tried using Iron skin instead just now.
2nd:
I made the water explode right after it left your hand, and how do you feel like its gonna explode anyway? >_>
3rd:
Even if you someone felt that it was going to explode, you wouldn't have enough time to react or do a handseal for that matter.
4th: You're still blinded by the radio frequency jutsu and you feel really weird, unable to perform stuff properly, and you also took alot of damage from it.
5th:
The water explodes, blowing your hands off and the kunais hit you and explode.
