No,it doesn't look like any of them, it's black and blue just like the portal, Kinshiki is stated to be able to absorb ninjutsu just like Kaguya, so the only option is using what Kakashi used on Kaguya, S/T chidori!

During the fight with Kaguya Sasuke lost his Tomoe using Ameno and couldn’t use it again until the end of the fight. So how is it he lost his eye’s power if the long distance portals isnthe only thing that takes away his eye’s Tomoe?

Plot's stopping him. Anyone ever consider that Sasuke's portal can remain in place on planets despite planet's moving at insane speed? I think it's feasible for Sasuke to open a portal into Naruto's body and spit a fireball into there.

Lower left panel he says he finally got his eye power back after doing a few amenos during the Madara and Kaguya fight. No portals here so what was taking his eyes powers?
