I guess this is lightning as well? Narutos cloak leave stream of chakra when he moves fast. You also see Naruto's back shortly after and there is no visible signs of electiricity or damage whatsoever.

I don't even know why sauce fans would be trying to score points for this, either a) naruto dodged it or b) naruto partially dodged it and the chidori itself did zero damage to naruto. Neither are noteworthy.

Chidori doesn't even work like that. Chidori doesn't pierce AND push back their opponents at the same time. The last part is something Rasengan is supposed to do. Plus Chidori can only burst out lightning in the
